STRENGTH, ESTHETICS & EASE OF INSTALL & PRICE MAKE FOR VALUE PURCHASE
Installed on my 2011 Toyota 4-Runner to Replace the "old" Round Tubular with a flat area covered in plastic to step on. The older Round Tubular Steps flat area with a flat Plastic step deteriorated from the Sun- the plastic cracked and fell off. These Step Sides are Rectangular Tubing, No Plastic Anything! And, they attach to the Body Reinforcement bolts vs the Old Round Tubular attached to the BODY BOLTS which has Now caused a "popping sound" at each of the 4 install points (the body bolt nuts had to be removed before installing the Old style Round Tubular step side- You had to Torque the BODY BOLTS. This Step Side Avoids Installing at a Crucial area- Yet, they are Firmly and Safely Installed. I highly recommend these.

Doesn’t really fit the Limited 5th Gen 4Runner
While this does bolt up, due to the wide rocker panels on the Limited 5th Gen 4Runner, the useful surface area is reduced by HALF and you can only get your foot halfway on. Company has good customer service though, thank you!

Looks great!
These look great in my 2017 4- Runner!! However we had to add non skidd tape to them cause if you wasn’t careful your foot would slip

Light weight
These are awesome they’re light weight easy to install have very nice coating to them. The lower bar takes some clearance if vehicle is stock height. I have a 3in lift on mine so it’s right where I want it. Other than that complaints yet.

Boards are good, the bolts will rust that you connect them with.
These are solid and good looking running boards. The one thing I hate about them is that the bolts you use to connect them are painted black not corrosion proof at all. They were rusty in a week. The heads of those bolts are visible and rusted quickly. The boards themselves are good though.

Super happy with my sliders
I am super very happy with my purchase! I have a black 2021 Nightshade (Limited) 4Runner. They were super easy [for my boyfriend to] install. They're lightweight, and they look really nice. Best part? The price!! Seriously! I was having a tough time finding what I wanted for the right price. These checked all my boxes.

Contrary to what you're told, they fit the 2022 Sport
Easy peasy. And they fit the 2022 TRD Sport. Anything that fits a newer Limited will fit the 2022 TRD Sport. Look is awesome. No more heaving the 3 year old into the car.

You definitely need these! Perfect on my 2019 4Runner Limited
I love these boards! My BF helped me mount them, took about an hour. Lined up perfect. Very strong and well made. I’ve been shopping for something different on my 4Runner 2019 Limited. I hated the standard boards and wasn’t about to fork over $500 plus installation fees for Toyota to put on the ugly ones. These are so me, thank you to those that put great reviews on here, I wouldn’t have bought them without it.
