Love the time clock - needed a new time clock for our 15 employee company. This one has been working wonderfully. Was easy to set up and is easy to use. The print is nice and dark on the time card.

We desperately needed to upgrade our old analog time clock with something digital. This one looked good and had a great price. It also worked with our custom time cards. We're not really ready for the whole fingerprint or eyeball scanner, seems a bit intrusive. Let's just put a microchip in our employees' wrists, right??? Anyways, this unit was extremely easy to set up and use. The guys were using it properly within a day or two (I left a blank time card out for them to give it practice first). It's fairly easy to see where it is printing through the little, light up window. Once you've tried it a few times lining it up where you want it is of little trouble. Ink prints good, even on time time cards of different colors. Haven't tried to replace the ink ribbon yet, but looks easy enough. So far nothing of any consequence I can complain about. It even knew what time it was out of the box, and keeps time even if the power goes out!

The UPunch CR1000 time card machine is the answer to our prayers regarding timekeeping. We hire servants to come help with my Mom and other jobs and they are not always truthful on when they came in. Being in a large house, it's hard to know sometimes. UPunch solves that by knowing exactly when they came in! Also, it keeps up with the time worked beautifully and you can even scan the final timecard for individual workers and it will do the math for you! If there is extra time not accounted for, etc., you can also enter the extra time individually. Highly recommended!

Got this cause one of my employees was having trouble with the electronic clock. This made things super simple. Easy to use, easy setup. Definitely worth it!

Our time clock here was old and not working well. This was a perfect fit for a medium size business. Works great and it easy to use.

Set up was simple and didn’t take much time. Even had multiple QR codes on clock to help with set up

Another update, lowering from 2* to 1*: Changed the ribbon. You'd think the times would be extremely legible. No. The print isn't always clear, and the font choice they made makes anything but very clear impressions confusing. Is it a 3 or a 9? Hard to tell. I have to take out a 10x magnifying glass to find hints. There must be something better on the market. See my other comment, just below. That's not fixed either, as far as I know.Update: I've had this for a year now, and the ribbon is needing a replacement. Unfortunately, the ribbons are only available via the manufacturer's site. They charge (approximately) $10 per ribbon, plus $15 shipping, plus tax. I tried to save a bit on the shipping, but ordering 2 ribbons makes the shipping charges double. 3? triple. I chatted with their rep online, and she claimed they put multiple ribbons in one package, and that USPS and UPS are setting the shipping rates. Nonsense. To see what would happen, I ordered a dozen almost identical (but not compatible) ribbons from Amazon, and, with Prime, came to about $10 for twelve of them!So if you find a comparable machine elsewhere, and the upkeep is more reasonably priced, go there.I've left my initial review, as is, below (it had been 5 stars):This replaced my extremely old clock. Printing is clear and quick, and users can see where they're going to print through the window. (Even with that, my staff seems to find ways to overwrite previous stamps, but certainly not the fault of this device.) Setup manual wasn't clear enough (for me?) to find where to adjust the margin allowed for printing. Turns out it's not a software option; you set that with a control in the back, so look for that. Only other issue I had was that the list of available things to print didn't match what I wanted. I'm now printing something like "2020 DEC 2 13:04" (I chose 24 hour format), but I'd rather have "2020 DEC 2 WED 13:04" or "12-2-2020 WED 13:04".. Anything with the date and day of the week and the time.. Check out the manual to ensure you have an option you want and can use. You can't fully program what you want.UPDATE: I'm able to tell the difference, but you'd think you'd go to the effort of making the numbers as clear as possible... not done here too well. Too often, I have to look very closely to distinguish a "3" from an "8". (LOL, even in the font I'm typing in now, the "3" has a flat top line; too bad they didn't do that with this machine!)
