I am 1 week postpartum and this supplement was the best option I could find for a stool softener! I can already speak to its gentleness and ability to move things without causing any bloating or gas or discomfort. Seriously, a life saver! Could not recommend this enough. My husband has IBS and often times needs a little help getting things moving so, next time he’s struggling I’m going to have him try this. Works great! Love it so far. Taking one in late afternoon and other one about 7:00 so stomach doesn't cramp when going to bed.

When you have to go, but can’t? This is the stuff that WORKS, without Stomach Discomfort or MESSY Unmentionables! 2 capsules before retiring for bed... then repeat every bedtime, till the re-adjustment of your diet and stress-level, takes over and normal flow is restored... Sometimes I need to go up to a week... I’ve had days, where I needed to take (as instructed on the bottle, but this is rare) 2 capsules x3 times per day, for a day or two... Sometimes, just the 2 caps, one night... then my schedule or diet gets back on track, I’m good... it varies... This formulation is very gentle and effective for promoting regularity and also for times of constipation. When constipated it can be taken more frequently until you get relief. It is more gentle on the digestive system than formulations with cascara.

I've been using this product for regularity as a daily supplement and it's made such a difference! It's part of my daily routine and I can count on it to keep me regular! My Dr. Has seen the ingredients and said it's safe to take with my medications! If you experience occasional constipation I would also recommend you look at their lower bowel stimulator for relief!!!
