Perfectly serviceable interior door hinge
Good replacement for worn builder-grade hinges in a rental home. Nothing fancy but they do the job and fit the jamb and door cutouts well.

Dress up older home.
Fit and work good. Replaced on house for sale along with door knobs. Got the job done. House sold. I won't know how they last but they seemed solid

Screws too short
The hinges themselves are fine. The screws are simply too short. I ended up having to go buy 3" screws because the short screw length led to some of my doors binding. If that happens to you, try a 3" screw in the middle hole on the frame side of the hinge for at least the top hinge.

Love them!
Great way to upgrade our 10 year old house and update to more of a modern look. They even look great against the white and wood stain doors. I don't even mind the fact that the door handles don't yet match. Time will tell if they hold up or start to make any squeaky sounds. Easy peasy install, just take one at a time and I'll have the entire house replaced in the next few days. Note the orientation and you'll be fine. I messed up the first 2 and the rest was a breeze.Highly suggest investing in a Skil rechargeable screwdriver. Those things are amazing and makes replacing all of the hinges so simple. I took a gamble on the 5/8 and they fit perfectly. Seems like those are pretty standard but double check, or roll the dice like I did. I will update this review if they develop any noises. So far, super silent and opens/closes like they should. Would definitely buy again.

Price can't be beat
Just installed new wood doors in our house and decided to change out all of the hinges to match the dark stain on the doors. They match perfectly. 18 hinges with screws for less than $20.... Couldn't be happier.
