Good buy: a variety of DARK chocolate covered sugar balls each wrapped at $11.09 for 15.2 oz.
Lindt/Lindor Dark Assortment Chocolate Truffles. At $11.09 for 15.2 oz these are an excellent buy. Has 3 variations of dark chocolate "Dark probably 45-50% cacao" BLUE wrapper, "Extra Dark 60% cacao" silver & black wrapper, "Extra Dark 70% cacao" Gold & black wrapper. About 76 calories each. 3 parts to each truffle, each has: a hollow smooth sugar like ball center filled with a sweet lightly flavored liquid, covered by a thin chocolate covering outside about 3-4 mm. Individually wrapped. Smooth palate. About 36 truffles per 15.2 oz bag. Chocolate is a product where there is concern about dangerously high heavy metal content (lead etc); I have not checked on the heavy metal content although reliability/consistency over time of those findings is often NOT highly reliable as sources of the cacao may differ/change frequently. Actual chocolate content is pretty low as these are mostly sugar. 02/2025

Good Chocolate snacks!
I love these chocolates. The items arrived on a timely basis but too soft (melting from heat). It may help to mail these chocolates with a temperature protected package. The additional shipping costs may be added as an option to regular shipping. Thanks.

Only buy in COOL Weather!
These are not shipped in anything to keep them cool, so DO NOT BUY in WARM WEATHER.The product itself is very delicious! My family loves Lindt Truffles, especially these dark chocolate flavors. I was excited to find this mix, since it's harder to find packages of all dark chocolate.Unfortunately, mine arrived melted, and even the outside of the bags feel greasy. :( I was going to share them for Mother's day & birthdays, but I didn't even want to reach into the bag, because I could see the candies had leaked and smeared all over. (Maybe I can try freezing or refrigerating them, but they will still be a big mess to open!)I wouldn't have even minded if they had gotten a little out of temper and had that dull whitish surface (it's from the separation of the ingredients and still fine to eat), if they were still intact, but these have melted enough to leak out of the wrapper.I'm disappointed. But I did get good customer service from Amazon, so that helps. Amazon & Lindt, please consider shipping with cold packs, or only offer this product in cool weather. (Or if it's possible to keep them cool at an Amazon pickup location, that could be another option for warm weather.)

DELICIOUS / DAIRY FREE
Delicious!!! I wish I could subscribe! Tempted to eat the entire bag in one sitting. I used to eat Lindt Truffle’s a lot growing up—variety of flavors. I haven’t had a truffle in about 8-10 years. From what I remember, they used to leave a weird after taste in my mouth that would linger. I do NOT have that issue with this Dairy Free alternative! 10/10 !! NO issues with quality or packing. Personal preference: refrigerate before consuming.

Yummy but some are semi sweet and some are dark
These are good but they aren't all dark chocolate. Some of them are semi sweet and some of them are dark chocolate.

Rich dark chocolate that is not too bitter.
I am not a fan of dark chocolate myself, but it has a rich creamy texture on the inside that tastes rather nice.

Beware of Unwrapped Balls and Unsealed Bags
I ordered two bags. One of the bags, the seal was dried out so the top of the bag had unrolled and was essentially open for anyone to grab a Lindt ball. I don't think anyone did, but when you get anything edible, you want it to be closed tight. The second bag was even weirder. One of the truffles was unwrapped. I've eaten a lot of Lindt balls in my day, and never have I ever seen one without its wrapper. That one we are NOT going to eat. Nope. Overall, I'm rather surprised at the quality control.
