Works great!!
This therapy ball is perfect, it works great. It not to hard and is a larger size so it is easy to hold and roll. I ordered one and as soon as I knew I loved it I ordered a second one for the car when Im on the go. I had a full knee replacement and this is a great therapy ball for massaging the leg. You will be happy with this purchase.

This is So Helpful
The moment I tried this ball at my chiropractor's office, I was in love. I have never experienced anything so perfect. I told him, the minute I get home, I'm going on Amazon to order this cure-for-my-back problems ball. I did just that & have not been sorry for a moment.I tried using a softball but found it very painful when running over anything but muscles. thus making any real movement to get some massage benefits was nearly impossible. Nothing beats this Alpha ball to be sure because it is somehow firm/hard in the middle, covered with just the right amount of softness so as to prevent pain when digging into muscles, bones, whatever is there. It is really perfect in this way.A feature with this terrific item is that it is not slippery. I put it on my upper back and rubbed where I needed it. Then I moved just a bit to allow the ball to move down a bit & dug into that spot. I continued down my whole back in this way, all the while thinking, wow, I've found what I've needed for many years. This ball did not slip down too far, it somehow holds well where it is, moving just a bit as needed. It's hard for me to describe properly but I hope this makes sense. I wish this ball came with some information on different ways to use it. I'm not in any classes to see how versatile it might be. I'm reading reviews to get other ideas to try or perhaps the website might have more ideas.Add to the benefits of this ball is the exercise my thighs are getting in having to support my position to use the ball effectively.One down-side: the slight rubber smell, which will likely be gone in time. The ball at my chiropractor's office did not smell at all. Being chemically sensitive, rubber is not my favorite thing, however, the smell is quite tolerable & not very strong. It is there, I notice it, but it is not harmful or disturbing to my allergies.

So useful for mobility and PT work
My PT recommended I get this ball, and it was a great recommendation. The slightly sticky texture help it not slip away, and it is not as hard (but is much larger) as a lacrosse ball, so it works for other applications. I've used this on everything from my head to my feet, and it is like new. I've recommended it to friends and family, and all have loved it too. A fantastic tool for your wellness collection. Just be sure to USE IT!

Seems well Made
It seems like a nice ball but I was looking for a softer ball than this one. I wanted to massage the lymphatics on my head. Ouch.

Miracle Sphere
It's only a foam ball, but I love this thing. Using it has eased my pain much more than all the exercises, stretches, therapies and other devices I've tried. The size is perfect and the density is just right. After shopping dozens and dozens of message balls on Amazon, I am so glad I chose this one. A bit more expensive than many others but oh so worth it.

Easy to use , effortless
Easy to travel with small ball. Helps massage muscle pain: I hurt my rotator cuff so my chiropractor highly recommended this to help massage in between my shoulder and arm. So far I like how it’s working. Nice color too.

Great massage ball
This ball is heavier than expected. It has a nice smooth rubbery feel to it which makes it easy to roll around on. Other foam balls are slick which results in it sliding down my back or neck, but the velvety rubber makes it so the ball stays put. It is the perfect size to get into all the tight spots between my shoulder blades and in my neck. The rubber has a little bit of resistance and give and you can put the amount of pressure that you want by leaning into it or not. It is a little on the heavy side, so not the best as a travel massage ball, but overall a good buy.

Product of the month
I love this ball and so far have recovered from much pain issues with my back and shoulders. I found other products similar to this to be way too hard, but this one has a surface softer which allows me the deep pressure on trigger points, which encourages healing, deep penetrating, quick healing awesome.
