It works
2 years ago, I switched from Whey Protein to Perfect Amino and used it routinely immediately after every workout. I had better results with this than Whey proteins. I packed on more muscle quicker on this than any whey I have used and I never felt bloated like you do with whey. Because of a back injury I was unable to workout the past year and a half and have lost all my gained muscle mass and put on a bunch of weight. Now that my back is healed enough for me to start working out again, Perfect Amino is def going to be a staple in my supplement regimen. I will agree that the taste takes some def getting used to. I found that if i use colder water rather room temp water it tastes better. Also, I found that the berry is def better tasting than the lime. Even though both flavors take some getting used to, I got used to the berry faster than the lime. But since I know the product works, I don’t mind the taste. I usually drink it in water or in a big bottle of gatorade zero or powerade Zero during my workouts.

Promotes muscle growth and energizes workouts
I have been using this product for a year. The taste isn't amazing but the mixed berry is totally drinkable and you really do get used to it. I drink 2 scoops before a workout and 1 after, on non-workout days I just drink 2 scoops. I go to Orangetheory 4 times a week. Otherwise I have a desk job and don't do much other exercise. I have a healthy, Mediterranean-style diet with a good amount of protein (at least 100g/day including what I get from this product) and I'm a 44 year old woman. I have gotten so strong over the past year - visible muscles in arms and legs, shoulders, and abs, and my bodyfat percentage has dropped drastically. I feel energized during my workouts and I now look forward to workouts and they feel challenging but good. This stuff is pricey but if it can help you get healthy then it's cheaper than medical bills down the road!

Add lemon powered drink.mix!
So, I was looking for something to help build muscle mass and gain weight, so I like the idea of 99% utilization, but the main recurring theme was the awful taste. And they were cirrect. I found the taste chemical and artificial. I tried adding lemon from a plastic lemon and then the plasric lime juice and it was better. But lemon powdered drink mix works really well. I put it in my smoothie blender thingie and the lemon leaches the bad taste out and it's bright and crisp and quite palitable. Oh, and I feel a little more energetic and a little less achy after exercising. It's too soon to tell about muscle gain. But I do find it very easy to drink.

Tastes HORRIBLE!!!
This tastes horrible... like fake sugar. Horrible aftertaste. I just wasted $45 on this crap. I will not purchase this product again.

Worth it!
Doesn’t mix well with water . Easy to waste it ya don’t scrape the glass . I mix with coffee it mixes better. It does help with pump and recovery and I do a lot of fasting so this has been a game changer for me in last 3 months I have used it . Leaning out but no losing strength

Clean, Convenient, and Actually Works — If You Use It Correctly”
Company/quality notes I appreciated: BodyHealth states PerfectAmino is vegan sourced, made from plant-based sources broken down into free-form amino acids, and produced in FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facilities in the USA, with a long list of things they say are not included (no gluten/soy/corn/wheat, etc.). Bottom line: I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s one of the rare supplements that feels “clean,” is easy to use, and actually rewards correct use. If you try it, don’t “sample” it randomly — dose it and time it right, and you’ll understand why people keep it in their daily stack. PS I put mine in a morning cocktail along with other things like beet powder, and also electrolytes and creatine :-) I call it a super water, a super cocktail or my morning jing…

Best proteins for any Body
Best source of proteins. Not just for workout, for your body even if you don’t workout. I’m in school for my BSN and protein is so essential. I use the same made for the protein/electrolytes mix. Both are great. I’ve used whey protein for years. Not anymore. Do your research on the BCAA/EAA. You’ll see the results yourself.

Tastes bad, but seems to help...
I purchased this after a recc. from my orthopedist post PRP injection recovery for some knee injuries. At first I'll say it tastes AWFUL! (I thought I threw away $45) I learned you really have to dillute it and it's OK. One serving per 20oz water. (It will overpower your breakfast smoothies). I drink alot of water, so that's ok. Not really concerned with weight loss, but was trying to do a daily 12hr+ keto fast, and this seems to hold me over and give me energy for workouts. Placebo? who knows.... hasn't been long enough to really know, but so far, so good. Not much of a supplement guy, so don't know how to compare honestly....Flavor and cost deduct stars but worth purchasing imo.
