Works great!
Both clean aramith pool/snooker balls really well. I think the restorer works best for cueballs and can be applied directly onto deep chalk marks, rubbing the product in with a cloth. I use the cleaner for the other balls and dilute it with a bit of water to use in a spray bottle. This is the most effective way I’ve found as it means you don’t over apply the product, which can be quite easy to do, generally marks on coloured balls are minimal compared with the white. I would finally buff them with a dry piece of kitchen roll to ensure that none of the product is left on the balls - which is important. Overall great quality and would recommend them to anyone who either owns a pub/club or has a table at home.

Amazing stuff to clean your dirty balls after a long session.
This product is a pefrect accompaniment for my balls. My balls don't get that much use these days, but when they do i make sure to give my balls a good rub with this white stuff. After a good cleaning session, my balls come up so clean and smooth, almost as if they have never been played with before. It really is the stuff of miracles. It is slightly abrasive, the microparticles are so good at cleaning away all that dirt and grime that has built up on my balls after many long sessions. It reminds me of Cif cream kitchen cleaner, athough i would NOT reccomend using kitchen cleaner to clean your balls!! No No!!, You wouldn't want to irritate the delicate surface of your balls in any way. The only downside of this product is that when im giving my balls a good rub with this stuff, the wife will moan that I am taking to long. Though i do like to lock myself away and concentrate on giving them a good clean as I like to take my time and make sure they are in tip top condition for future use. When cleaning, i would reccommend a paper towel in one hand, and your balls in the other. Squirt approx one tea spoon of the cleaner onto your balls then roll them in both hands and gently, with the towel covering them over, so not to let any excess fluid seep out and stain any surfaces. Be careful not to be over zealous with the applciation, a little goes a long way, you can also use the excess fluid on the towel to clean other balls if you so wish. In summary, it is a truly great product, which will keep my balls in peak condition for many years to come.

Great and brings old sets back to life
Great product my sets of pool balls are old but after a good clean with this they look hundred times better and don't seem to get dirt as quick as before. Now I just need to improve my potting.

This is the ball care cleaner that my husband bought with his new billiards. He says it is a good buy and will last quite a long time.

Top ball cleaner
We've a good set of Aramith (stripes and spots) pool balls which have been used on our table at home for the last 7/8 years and are still in very good playing condition. They get an occasional wash with soapy water and a soft brush which cleans them up pretty well but leaves faint chalk marks which are, for obvious reason, most noticeable on the cue ball. So I decided to try this Aramith ball cleaner and could not be more pleased with the result. A good rub with the cleaner on a microfiber cloth followed by a polish using ordinary dry paper kitchen towel works really well. Even the cue ball is spotless so I would highly recommend this product.

Cloth
Not sure it’s much more than a glass cleaning cloth with a name on it

Great product. Works like magic. DO NOT USE THIS ON CHEAP POLY-RESIN BALLS. IT'S FOR NICE PHENOLIC RESIN BALLS ONLY (Aramith and Brunswick Centennial). I took a set of old Brunswick Centennial balls that hadn't been properly polished for decades, to a glassy shine. Beautiful! I'm very happy with the results on my phenolic resin balls. The cleaner seems to be a gentle polishing abrasive and the restorer seems to be a more aggressive abrasive. I found that these products do not work well on cheap poly-resin balls. After polishng the cheapo 1, 2 and 3 balls, I found that my hands were stained bright orange. It's not washing off. I think I'll be stained for days. The cheap (softer resin) balls couldn't stand up to this polishing agent. The cheap balls didn't polish up to a nice shine either. I'd say, if you have cheapo balls, save your money to buy better balls instead of buying this stuff. But if you have nice phenolic resin balls, definitely get the cleaner. It's great. You won't need the restorer unless your pool balls are in rough shape and even then, it will only speed up your progress, you can probably accomplish the same shine with the cleaner alone, by putting more work into it. The restorer is convenient to have, if you need it though. Some other tips I learned for people who own the automatic electric ball polishing machines: 1. Don't put the restorer solution into a electric polishing machine. It's too aggressive for that and can damage the balls. Use the restorer by hand, when necessary only. 2. Some people dilute the cleaner with 90% rubbing alcohol in a 1:10 ratio and put it in a spray bottle, when they use it with their electric polishing machines. Shake well, spray it on the balls, toss them in the machine.
