Is it ok to take this product over a long period of time?

It seems to work better when I take  them continually for longer periods of time. I say this because I had been seeing the oncologist cause my white blood  cells were low. No one could explain why, I ask my family doctor, my endocrinologist and no one could explain why my  white cells were low.  I   began taking the beta glucans for about a month and half ..then I When i went in for my blood work  my white blood cells were higher than they have been in years. My  Doctor was impressed and amazed.  three months later on my next visit i Tried taking them every other day and my results were not as good. So it sbetter to take them daily for a longer periods of time, then maybe give it a break( if you feel the need to do so), But for  best results taking then on a regular  basis is  by far the best  option.
