This was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. I’m a classical pianist, and spend hours sitting on a piano bench. I wanted to see if using acupressure would solve any back and neck pain, and numbness in my legs. After looking at other acupressure mats, (specifically Pranamat) I worried that this may not be the best quality because of how low cost it is. The quality is great. I have been using it every day, and notice that the tension in my neck has lessened. Also, it is very spikey!! I have to put a thin sarong between myself and the mat.

I've been suffering from fibromyalgia tension pain in my neck/shoulder area for years. (Over 15 years) I've gone to get acupuncture done in the past and always found great relief so I decided to give this pillow a go, boy was I surprised at how well it works!!! The pain was greatly diminished after just 5 minutes of use. I had a slight headache starting and the acupuncture made it go away as well. I fully believe in this product and will be saving up for the full mat. Granted all my pain is not gone but that's because of the type of pain conditions I have, you can only get so much relief from the pain never gone, not a failing of this product. This pillow even helped my husband with his neck pain from degenerative disc disorder.Arrived in great condition with amble packing to prevent the box from breaking down.

Purchased several of these in all three colors for myself, husband, and as holiday gifts. While I like the product, the packaging and contents are inconsistent for the pillows. Ordered through Amazon, the natural and midnight pillows arrived in white, composte-type bags and each also included a drawstring carry bag for each pillow. The pink pillow, also ordered through Amazon, arrived in a very nice box (Pranamat-like), but with no extra carry bag similar to what is shown on the ajnawellbeing site. Unfortunately, I returned many of them due to this and may re-order different colors later so that my recipients receive consistent items. Perhaps old vs new stock? Regardless, disappointing.

QUALITY IN THE FILLING.I Came across this product when my niece who lives in Israel wanted to order the Pranamat and pillow set, which sells for $275.00 she had ordered it and had it sent to my house so that I can bring it while I am visiting this summer. I had mentioned this to her due to it being almost $200 le insisted on the Pranamat because she was concerned about the quality and wanted to insure she got the most out of the pressure point in the lotus flower spikes. on a whim I decided to order this and compare the two, I had also ordered two other brands and figured the one that comes close will be the one I keep. To my amazement this is identical to the Pranamat and pillow right down to the filling and outer material. The difference is the Brand name on the tag. The lotus flower used is the same based on my comparison. I love this product. will definitely recommend it being it is made with quality and attention to detail.

I have used this pillow three times now and it has helped. I can't get to my acupuncturist a lot, so I decided to try this. It has been good on my back and hamstrings. I give this a thumbs up.

I don't often write reviews but this pillow is great. I own the Pranamat, acupressure mat but didn't purchase a pillow with the mat due to the cost (Pranamat is great but very expensive). I was finally going to purchase a Pranamat pillow and foundon Amazon for $100+. Thankfully, I found this pillow and thought I'd give it a try since much more affordable. This pillow is great quality and honestly looks just like my Pranamat, I wouldn't know the difference to be honest. The company had it packaged very nicely and was a great purchase all the way around! If you've been wanting to try an acupressure product but haven't due to cost, try this company's products, I highly recommend!

I use this nightly to help with upper back pain and neck pain. I even end up falling asleep on it some nights. Initally took me a moment to adjust to it. Now it is one of my bed pillows. One of the best things I ever purchased.

Mom loves itI tried it out but I felt like I was getting nailed in the back but I guess that’s how it suppose to feel.
