Project Manager's Spotlight on Change Management 1st Edition

Well this book was one of the best purchases i'd make. It's absolutly clear, concise, full of examples and weel write book. if you are a novice PM or an experimented one, this book will be useful too.

While I knew the description of this book on Amazon.com was not very thorough, I took a gamble. This gamble DID NOT pay off. I guess if you are looking for a book on a technical change control process, it might be sufficient. However, I was looking for the people side of change, commonly also referred to as Change Management or Change Leadership. The description given on Amazon could go either way in my opinion.
