The functional esthetics of the Swiss Railway face seems "timeless," so to speak. Have had the version with a white face for 5+ years without issues. This watch differs since it has a black, rather than white face. It is also nice to find a watch in a smaller size for men (larger are also available.). An excellent value.

OK for the price, but looks better in the photo. Decided to return the watch.

Perfect watch face, readability is 5-star. Wish it was just a little bigget tough, its just under the normal 40mm size.

I bought this for my boyfriend from Swiss Outpost - the watch stopped working after 3 months! $150 for a watch that lasted three months! Hopefully Swiss Outpost will stand behind a defective product and offer a refund or replacement.

Pretty good watch. However, having to reset the date every month is a little annoying. It's also not quite as elegant as the picture.

Mondaine watch is good quality swiss railway watch with big date and accurate swiss movement. I like it for easy reader luminous black dial military type. I highly recommend it and give 5 star rating.

The big date doesn't work as expected. You have to adjust the date each month. The date adjustment stopped working well after a few years. I'm pretty sure it would not have failed had I not been required to adjust it so often.

Just like the clock faces in Swiss railway stations.Clean uncluttered design.The only thing I didn't like was the date setting.The actual date display is nice and large, but being a regular analog watch I have to adjust the date each month

Apparently Amazon.de has one of the best A/S policy. I accidently received a defected watch, but when I call them to get a warranty so that I can fix it, they just sent me a new watch, even if I moved to Japan. Of course without any charge!

I have been looking at this watch now for about 6 months and bought it as it is reduced.The quality is good, it is quite light weight wise but didn't put me off as it has a touch of quality to it.Looks great on and feels good in too.If you have quite a big wrist you will need a bigger strap.I would recommend this watch at the reduced price of £110 though don't think it is worth the £165Over all you should not be disappointed as this is a great watch by Mondaine.

l'orologio è bello si vede benissimo unica pecca il datario arrivati a fine mese va oltre il 31 arriva addirittura a 39 e quindi bisogna riposizionario datario

I have fancied this watch for a long time and when the price got to a certain level, I bought.The watch arrived quickly and was in a great presentation box with all the tags and guarantee.It is really easy to see the time and date. At end of the month the date keeps going, but it is only seconds to move on to the 1st of the month, so for me not a concern.I am really pleased with this watch especially when you see it retailing for £165. Amazon offer this watch much cheaper and I would highly recommend their services. Cheers all.
