A bit heavy, but worked great

Works well for a manual machine. I used it to strap a 4foot high stack of trusses to survive a trip up a horrible dirt road to deliver to our property. Worked great. The trusses survived being dragged off the trailer as a bundle. These were 24 foot long trusses and I doubt I could have gotten them up there any other way. Comes with a giant roll of strapping material and hundreds of clips. Only con is the instructions are garbage! Once I finally figured out what the instructions were trying to say, it worked freat

Bought this for a number of projects and am very pleased with the quality of the tensioner and clamping tool for the price. Very heavy duty, good weight to the tools. Very easy to use, decent instructions for anyone that is not familiar with how to use this equipment. The clips are a bit flimsy looking but actually do a great job of holding the banding together. Better hold that I would have expected. I have used banding tools for years and this is a super value for the money! My ding against giving a five star review is the roll of banding in the box. It should dispense easily however because there is no actual reel with sides, just the roll of banding on a cardboard core inside the box it can slip off the side of the roll and get tangled up inside the box which happened a couple of times. I solved that problem by cutting out a couple of rings of 1/8" MDF and epoxying them to the cardboard core of the roll effectively making my own reel and keeping the banding in place inside the box. You might also just add a couple of sheets of cardboard inside the box either side of the roll to take up space and help prevent the banding from sliding off the side of the roll while dispensing. Just be very careful when removing the two bands that keep the 3500 foot roll together during shipping, if you aren't careful you could have multiple layers of the banding slip off the side of the roll and waste a lot of time trying to get everything back together or worse having to toss a lot of material that got tangled up and wasted. The banding is strong enough for everyday purposes, not really meant for heavy duty shipping of wooden crates or tying down heavy items to a pallet but good enough for most other applications. All in all this is a great value for the money, tons of banding, solid tools and big bag of clips, better value than most.

This might be the best money I've spent for packing up jobs on skids for my fence crew. we were constantly buying ratchet straps to keep stuff on skids, should have bought this months ago!

Love this strapping tool it’s easy to use

Tightens the strap good and tight. Easy to but doesn't cut the strapping very good this is why I gave it a 4 star
