Knuffelwuff Dog Bed Heaven S - M 80 x 70cm Extra Soft Padded

A brilliant sized bed that is perfect for my large male boxer. He takes up just over half of the XL one - so perfect for a boxer. It is firm with lots of soft edges and a soft base - all with plenty of padding. As soon as I put it down, he got in, walked around a bit then plonked himself in it and went fast asleep - no complaints from him! The zip is inside the ridge within the construction. As we only got it yesterday I can't comment on the washing and returning but if this review isn't updated with anything negative then you can take it that was fine too.Excellent price for a large chunky soft and firm dog bed - he's had Dog Doza beds recently but he's 12 now and I think he needs something a bit softer and cuddlier - this is perfect. So far so good. I recommend this without hesitation.UPDATE - Washed and dried this yesterday and its still great -takes a sec or two to find the zips (that's a good thing as you know they are not poking them) and washed to a lovely fresh and 100% clean condition in a 40 minute 30 degree cycle... I love this and my BIG boxer loves it too :)

Unless you own a Donkey don't order the Largest one like I did for my Lab, thinking it would be the right size, its as big as a sofa and I now call it a Donkey bed, be fine if you have a Great Dane or two, or 2 Labs I guess as its big enough.One in the Picture is the one I thought I ordered but that must be the Large or XL, I got the XXL.Seems to be good quality, but then at the price you have to expect it.Took along time to arrive though, and comes from Germany.

Unfortunately this bed does not keep its shape (my doberman has sprawled across is, so one side of the donut is now flat) the middle part of the bed also looses its thickness after a couple of weeks so we have had to add our own foam otherwise it just like sitting on the floor. These points aside, both of my dogs absolutely love this bed and there is plenty of room for both. The cover comes off easily enough and has washed well ( been washed about 4 times) However Would I buy again in 12mths time, probably not.

I bought three beds, two extra large and one of the smaller ones. The two extra large ones were completely different to look at. One was more structured with the co-ordinating cream fabric round the rim and the other was more like a floppy doughnut with the cream fabric much further down. I tried to adjust the floppy one but it seems to be the way it is made. I contacted the seller several times and sent photos and was told "they are the same". The smaller one is also structured and looks like the pictures so I do think there is something wrong with the floppy one especially since the fabric seems to be slightly different as well. I have made no progress with the seller as they only communicate in German and my attempts to translate what I want to say into German got the response that the beds had already been dispatched! I am disappointed because the floppy bed looks untidy for the price but apart from that the beds are comfortable and the dogs clearly like them.

My only complaint about this is the underside of the bed. Thanks to the material, it holds and picks up every little hair and piece of dust and dirt - it would be better if this material was more 'hair' adverse - ie, a smooth plastic or nylon type material. Outside of this my two collies love this bed and they fit in quite nicely - I've even fallen asleep on it (not kidding!!)

Lovely comfy bed, seems tough, but we have only just got it so it's not been properly tested with my jack Russell who is a 'digger'. She's managed to go through every bed we've brought for her so far. We'll see how this one copes. Nice looking bed with plush removable cushion, haven't tried to get it out yet as its a zipper, looks like it may be a mission to get back in. Might have been better just to have a drop in cushion. The deliver was a little slow and all correspondence from the supplier is in German...so had to get someone to translate for me. Maybe if the parcel is bound for UK then an English message should be sent! Very pleased so far.

The bed is much bigger than I expected. Unfortunately at the moment my Jack Russell cross refuses to sleep In it. it is a lovely substantial cosey bed and I thought because it is high and she could snuggle down she would love it. However she is still a pain in the neck and wants,to sleep,with me. Oscar my cat loves it and gets stretched out so it is not money wasted.

Lovely huge bed was the first thought on arrival! Excellent service and delivery time. Only problem? The inner part has a zip but couldn't find an outer zip to wash the external. Also, the dry cleaners wouldn't clean this bed... apparently too large for them. The husky had it for all on a week before it was torn apart... from the bottom up. So yes, I have to agree that the material used on the surface is very resistible to tearing... just make sure your dog doesn't flip the bed and decide to dig a hole to China via the bed :(
