Simple to use and sharpens quickly
This knife sharpener is very easy to use and does a good job restoring dull knives. The ergonomic handle feels comfortable and secure, and the compact size makes it easy to store in a drawer. Just a few passes and the blade is noticeably sharper. It works especially well for quick touch-ups and everyday kitchen knives. While it may not replace professional sharpening for high-end knives, it’s perfect for regular home use and saves time. Overall, this is a practical and effective sharpener. I’m giving 5 stars because it’s convenient and works well, even if it’s more for maintenance than precision sharpening.

Make sure to follow instructions on use
Nice little knife sharpener works well easy to use makes the blade very sharp. I suggest using a sharpening steel too in order to remove any burrs on the blade after sharpening and make sure to wife your knife blade as well

Best knife sharpener
Best knife sharpener I ever owned! I bought a few more one for my camper and some for family and friends. It works great on serrated and non serrated knives, scissors, and tools. Simple and fast to use. I bought and used many others from Amazon and this is the best.

Cost effective, and not bad.
This is a fast efficient way to put some extra life into an old knife. I'm certain there are far more advanced ways to get a perfect edge on your knife, but if you're just looking to improve an old budget kitchen knife, it does the job well. Getting a super sharp edge takes lots of time and effort... this tool will get you a fairly sharp edge in minimal effort.

Works like a charm
My knives are about 17 years old, an expensive set purchased at a home and garden show. They aren’t used much anymore as I live alone and don’t cook like I used to. I figured I would try to sharpen them myself as opposed to mailing them to the company as they suggest. This sharpener is super easy to use, a simple design that fit comfortably in my small hand. I used 2 strokes on my straight edged knives with very little pressure. I got to use my most used knife on a tomato and wasn’t sure how it would work. Surprisingly it cut this tomato with ease, probably better than when new. I was very pleased and have used a couple of the other knives with the same results! Very pleased when used on stew meat, sliced right through with no drag. Very pleased with this simple to use tool, it does the job well. Stores easily in the gadget drawer.

Great Kitchen Knife Sharpener
The AccuSharp Knife Sharpener is amazing! It is so easy to use and does a great job sharpening knifes. It sharpened my kitchen knifes in just a few minutes. It's a very good price and I really like that it's made in the USA! I highly recommend this product. They also make sharpeners for scissors and tools.

Works Beautifully -- and its cheap!
I've used several different models of these sharpeners and they are the fastest, easiest way to keep a razor edge on your knives. Period. That includes my expensive sharpeners and whetstone. USAGE NOTE: One of the videos suggests holding the knife in one hand and drawing the sharpener along the blade with the other. NO NO NO. Put the plastic strap over your non-dominant hand and use the hand to hold the body of the sharpener on your counter close to the edge. Draw the knife blade through the sharpener grooves away and down (which is why it helps to have it close to the edge) several times. When it goes through smoothly, it's sharp.

Très bon aiguiseur, facile à utiliser même sans expérience. Il redonne du tranchant en quelques secondes, sans forcer. Prise en main sûre, légère, et le protège-doigts est bien pensé. Idéal pour tous les types couteaux.

This worked amazingly on my knife set; very easy to use and provides instructions to open and alternate the sharpeners themselves (although I won't need to do for a long time since the quality of the sharpening blades is very good).
