Does what I need it to do. protect against minor bumps & scratches, fits ok ,but I have another brand on my smaller Mac airbook, that 1 fits better. install was trickier, but still easy! be sure to check where the tabs/clips are before final install! the instructions arent great so double check how you'll put on. I put the bottom on first by accident. I was just checking the fit & it attached, loosely, but it stuck on. then the top seemed too loose! I took a few trys to get it "right". finally it snapped on tight! but the bottom was still very loose! Several minutes fiddling to snap it tight!the smaller shell i bought for my Mac air book fit better & installed easier than this one. It seemed I had to Fiddle with this one a lot More! to get it "right". Also make sure to throughly clean the surface of your laptop. I have the dark Blue, and it is Beautiful! loove the look! more midnight Black,blue/indigo than dark/navy blue! very handsome, better than naked aluminum shell! & protects too! not very translucent as my other one, but i can still see the glowing logo through it! but not much else though. nice case, but not perfect.

Purchased this in June 2020 and we're at the end of August 2022 now.The top of this case is still perfectly fine and useable. No issues. The bottom, however, has seen better days. I don't travel with my laptop (I've gone with it on the road only once since buying the case, and I put it in an additional zip-around case). I don't throw it around, nor am I rough with it. However, pieces of this case's bottom shell piece have slowly broken down over time. First the little pieces that were between the ports, where it holds on the sides. And now, more recently, the right front corner where your hands are just came off completely (It was just randomly in my lap 😭). That's left the shell loose enough where now the bottom half will fall off if I lift it up without cupping the bottom of the device lol.The areas that have broken off are extremely sharp (which is no surprise, really. It's plastic... but worth mentioning, since its a bit of a hazard on my thighs/under side of my arm.)I've found that stickers and decals stick well to the top surface, so if you're looking to customize and decorate your laptop without littering the actual device, this is a solid option for that.I would probably purchase from this brand again, despite the issues, as its still kept my device from getting scratched up for the short period of time its lasted.Just, don't plan on it maintaining if you ARE rough with your devices—this is a plastic meant for gentle hands. I can't see someone throwing this in their backpack every day without it breaking much faster.

Following the written installation instruction took me less than 2 minutes to put in my 13 in A1302 Mac. The cover texture gives a secure feel over the hand against the factory aluminum case of the Mac.

Repeat purchase. Original one had seen better days after a few years of protecting my MacBook! Bought again because I liked it so much. The shell is thick and crystal clear so as to show off the original color of the MacBook. Will buy again!

Cover fits very well, except, like all the other covers for this model I've seen, it doesn't cover the lower rear corners. This is the 3rd cover I have bought for this macbook. The first two, different brands, cracked within a few weeks. All the covers on my previous macbook models have lasted years, which I assumed is because they were polycarbonate. This is one of the few for this model that explicitly says it is polycarbonate, not just plastic. But I've gotten dozens of things from Amazon that were not what the listing said they were. I'll check back after a while as to whether this is durable enough to actually be polycarbonate.

did not look like the image color was different i returned for the wrong sz that came but i would have returned it for the off color alone

It is a nice looking, precisely made, and fits well. However I was looking for one that would mainly make the MacBook easier to grip. Some of the reviews implied it would, It definitely does not. If there is any measurable difference in grip, it probably could only be measured with special equipment.It is a well made and nice looking case and is well worth the money, but don't buy it if you are looking for something to increase the feel of a better grip.After almost 2 months, case still held up well but I noticed fingerprints show up on it pretty easy. Still worth the money.Note to manufacture, a coating for better grip may also help the fingerprint issue…

Lovely faded pink color, tactilely pleasant, looks good, but just one thing which annoying, it’s not cover 100% from the side (photos attached). Delivery was great on the next day with prime.

I did not expect alot when opening the package. However, i was pleasantly surprised with the look and feel of the product. The case feels smooth to the touch and fits perfectly and tight on the macbook pro retina 15". The color however was a little bit off. I ordered a black case, but as you can see in the pictures (black keyboard for reference) the color is more a dark gray with some blueish tint. I don't mind it tough, color looks nice, just something to note when you are looking for a pure black case. Overall very good value for money!

Been looking for a replacement for the Speck cover I got with the computer when I bought it. The Speck one had a more quality softer more rubberized feel to it but over time the 2 rear corner pieces that kept the lower cover in place had broken off and more recently the front right corner broke. The Ueswill versions lower half attaches in a different manner to avoid the weak points that failed on the Speck item. It might not protect the computer quite as well but it will not break at this point leaving the lower shell able to slide off forward. As the Ueswill product is 1/3 the price of the Speck one, it fits well, is well designed and has a quality feel, I have given it 5 stars. No down side so far but this review is within 24 hours of receiving the product. I also liked the way the product was clearly identified by serial number for my 2013 mac book pro retina, many others were not as clear.

I chose the green cosmic design for my A1502 Macbook. The cover is solid enough to take most impacts. Look, if you drop your laptop from a table it's going to get damaged either way. The idea is that this case will endure most of the shock and protect the laptop better. The cover was very easy to install - just clip the bottom side and then the top side (both top and bottom) - easy. Doesn't attract fingerprint marks. Makes the Macbook look very aesthetic in black - the case is solid black outside of the design (unlike the supposed pure 'black' cover that others have bought). The case did some with two very minor chips to the case on the cosmic design side - they're like 1/5 of a grain of rice size. The four rubber feet on the bottom of the case are solid and better than the Mac's standard. Really nice case - worth paying for. Would buy again if I bought another Mac in the future. Sad about the very minor scratches to the case... But overall very nice. If you're looking for a proper case for your Mac, buy this one!HOWEVER! One star because I bought a new product and here you are sending out one with slight defects. I bought a new product... Don't send me a defective product. I will change my review to 5 stars if this gets resolved by customer service.

If you use this for a laptop, you are obviously going to be putting your fingers on it all of the time, but this leaves behind a residue that cannot be cleaned off and doesn't look at all presentable. Had to throw it out as it just made my laptop look gross. I can understand fingermarks being left behind to a degree, but for them to not be able to be cleaned off? That's just bad design in my opinion.
