This order was fulfilled by Amazon and I registered it on TRQ's website. About three weeks after receiving the item I finally got them installed and they make so much noise (ticks, pops, clunks, and knocks) when I stop and from the initial acceleration from a dead stop. I tied to reached out to TRQ using their online contact form and it keeps stating that they can't find my Amazon order and it won't proceed any further. They also don't have any other ways to contact them so I'm out of luck with the manufacturer. I tried 1A Auto since on the package there was a label that showed them that they shipped it to Amazon to fulfill my order, but since I didn't order directly from them they could not be of assistance. So now I'm about $200 down the hole along with the installation cost. There's also no way for me to return them as it will be well beyond the return window as I have to repurchase OEM ones (about $300 each) just to be sure I don't run into the same noise issues and I'll have to wait until my mechanic has an opening to work on my car. DON'T buy these parts from Amazon because you will have no support if the axles don't work out for you.

This axle was purchased Feb 12/25 and installed on Feb 24/25 and it’s now already a torn boot. How do I get a replacement? There is no seller to contact?

Less than a year I purchased these and they already leaking grease and making that popping sound when turning steering wheel.
