Useful for many ailments
Easy to Use. Cools well and heats up under 10 seconds. Love the versatility of these and they are the perfect size. Great value for the money. I use these for headaches, eye pain, swollen elbows. These are awesome. I recommend them.

Perfect size & great quality
I bought these while I was undergoing IVF to place on my injection sites, and they worked like a charm. Great quality and are still in my freezer going strong after six months without any leaks!

Great for Both Hot and Cold Relief
These gel packs work really well for both heat and cold therapy. I’ve used them for sore muscles and minor injuries, and they stay in place nicely thanks to the cloth backing. Convenient size and reusable.

Well constructed, works great, perfect size.
This product is fantastic! The gel ice bags are a perfect size. They are easy to use, refreeze quickly, and don’t make a mess when they melt. I used them on my face to reduce swelling following surgery. They also helped considerably in controlling the pain. The way they are constructed they don’t freeze your hand when applying the pad. They are also durable. I have been able to reuse them over and over again and they have not deteriorated at all. I will be ordering more to give to friends who have children as well as old timers like myself who find themselves increasingly bruising more frequently. It is a product for all ages. I haven’t used them yet for hot packs but I won’t hesitate to do so if I ever need a hot pack. They were delivered before the scheduled due date. I couldn’t be happier with this product!

ok for the price
I purchased these to go with another product as it had been recommended by amazon. They were way small and not as nice as the other product. They do not stay cold very long, so if you are looking for something temporary they work great but would not be a long haul ice pack.

Versatile and effective
Very versatile and they are my go-to whenever I need an ice pack. I can easily put them inside a brace or wrap and keep them right where I need them.
