There isnt too much diffrence between sound or light levels but it does its job as an alarm clock. The buttons are not too hard to figure out, and the alarm and time are not too hard to set.

The blue-light display is clear but not over-instrusive. It will not disturb other in the room in the dark.

Ease of operation
This small clock was EXACTLY what I was looking for and needed. I love the fact that it runs on batteries, and there is no need for all those extra and bulky cords everywhere. I LOVE the white numbers on black because I can see it all the way across the entire room. The numbers are large so you can read them from a distance. Being an airline employee, the military time is a real plus also. It can be easily packed in a suitcase for travel. SO glad I found this finally!

Just Right!
After a neck injury, I didn't think I could find a battery run clock - no plug-in necessary - that I could move around our very dark bedroom where I could see it in the middle of the night from any sleep position without straining. This is excellent! I can change its position to wherever I need it, and it reads easily, doesn't 'light up' the room, small enough to tuck even on the edge of a bookshelf, AND it has been keeping perfect time (matching cable clock for months now). Try it you'll love it - top quality product. Must add: this is a perfect little clock to take on a camping trip. The batteries have been running on mine for over a month so far.

No problems so far! Didn’t break the bank. Good to have in case of power outage.

TOO COMPLICATED TO USE!
Nice size, but tedious to use. I donated this clock to charity. Maybe someone else will have more patience than I do!
