TECSUN PL-118 Ultra-Light Mini Radio, PLL DSP FM Band Radio (BLACK)

I've been buying transistor radios for over 50 years. I have a large collection going back to the first made. Regency TR1 1955I'm will buying them and have many ChineseTecsun PL118.... For sheer value and efficiency this is probably my favourite radio of all time..Small, slim and amazing sound (especially speech) FM only. Brilliant reception and superb stereo with headphones.Great for travelling. Very light..The ETM is a fantastic feature.. Just press for a few seconds and the radio automatically tunes to the strongest stations. Go to a different place and just repeat the procedure..Highly recommend this radio and at £10-£15 it's an absolute bargain.. Buy one ..you won't be disappointed. I have three... black, orange and white....

I bought this for my dad, he is 87 and loves listening to the radio. Not as i expected, appears cheaper for the amount you pay. I still cant work out the volume. The sound is great and gets radio signal alright, but i paid for a bit more than just that. May be i’ll be satisfied once its used a bit.

When I started using my TECSUN PL-118 radio I felt it deserved 5 stars. I bought a second one for my wife's office. This radio is a small form factor and well made. The sound is tinny with almost no bass, but as expected from the small flat speaker. It's downfall is battery life, by far the worst of all radios I have ever owned. A set of quality AAA Alkalines only last around 24 hours of constant use at half max volume. I changed to rechargeable batteries which I need to recharge every 4th day of average 6hrs/day radio use. I really wanted to like this radio.

Lo maravilloso de lo simple. Magnífico aparatillo de radio para FM, preciso, pequeño, un audio asombroso para su tamaño, cómodo de llevar... Una cucadilla.

Hola, soy un forofo de la radio y siempre que compro una intento que el dial sea preciso. Este aparato está muy bien, la sintonización es realmente buena y precisa y el altavoz es más que suficiente para un uso doméstico. Tamaño manejable y fácil de usar.Una buena compra.

Es más pequeña de lo que parece en la foto, pero funciona estupendamente. Sintoniza las emisoras bastante mejor que la anterior radio que tenía y es muy cómoda de usar. Como radio pequeña portátil es totalmente recomendable. Ideal para tenerla en el baño o mientras haces chapucillas en el garaje, etc...

Muy buena radio, tiene un tamaño pequeño pero se oye y sintoniza muy bien. El chip DSP que lleva se nota porque casi no se oyen ruidos. Perfecta!
