Would this be ok to use in cold process soap?

It would depend on how much you use,I mixed it heavy for painting and it stained my hands.

Can this be used for a paint war an/or does it stain clothing?

The label does say “ pigments can stain “. I’ve only used for preschool age children

Can I use this to color sand for a science project?

I think you can if you only mix it with a small am't of water.

Would this be safe to put in home made play dough?

It does not say “ non toxic” on the label but is AP certified so I am assuming that it is and it would be suitable to use. I make play dough all the time and just use a few drops of food color.
