seemed to be a good introduction to this supplement
After being introduced to Hawaiian Spirulina, I was curious about Chlorella. There isn't any Hawaiian brand of Chlorella that I'm aware of. This brand, from Taiwan, seemed to be a good introduction to this supplement. It has a pleasant grassy aroma. I took 4 tablets at once to begin with. Every 8 hours I took 4 more. By the second day, I felt a wholesome comfort in my mood that I really wasn't expecting. I attribute that to this Chlorella supplement. I can't say that all Chlorellas are equally as good as this brand is, but I imagine that they couldn't be any better. For the price, this is a good introduction to the goodness of Chlorella. I doubt you would be disappointed. Enjoy.

Perhaps it is too early to tell the effect of the Chlorella. I saw it in reviews with people who have blood spots under the skin and who bruise easily because of thin skin when we age. I think it is making a difference and I don't have as many blood spots. I am still in trial stage.

I DO LIKE THIS PRODUCT, I WAS ALITTLE SHOCKED BY THE VERY SMALL PILLS, THEY ARE TINY, AND SAYS TAKE 15 A DAY. OTHERWISE I DO FEEL THEY ARE HELPING, I HAVE SO MANY HEALTH ISSUES.

Easy to swallow
I love the size of these pills. For some reason Chlorella pills tend to have edges on them that make them hard to swallow. Though you have to take more of these, because they are so small they go down so much easier.
