First time using the drops- After 3 days I could notice a difference in clarity in hearing speech. I've been struggling for 20 years to hear lyrics in songs, or people talking when there's background noise like at a restaurant. The drops helped me. I hope they help you too. Medications affect each of us differently because we have different genetics. I did not notice much change with the volume of tinnitus with the drops. I've been using the capsule form for years and that helps more with the volume of the tinnitus. The drops helped me with clarity and both are worth the money to improve quality of life.

Ring Stop did not work for me. Using the product as designed; I could not get the oil into my ear, so I used a child's ear dropper. Got the product into the ear, but it did not work. I have not returned it because the box was broken up in shipping and the shipping cost would off set much of the money returned. So again we have a product that promises so much and delivers so little. I wonder if the sellers are engaging in deception or really believe that Ring Stop works as they describe. But I guess IF the product really worked as stated, ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) specialists would be prescribing it for their patients with ringing in the ear(s). It would have been nice if this product had performed as promised. I would not recommend this product simply because it did not work FOR ME.

it stopped ringing in my left ear, which i cant really hear that much to start with because of ringing in my right ear. it didnt do anything for the right ear though. ive had ringing since my pregnancy 3.5 years ago. i seriously think it may be a pituitary problem, maybe swelling and pressure. either way it only worked on one ear

I got this Ring Stop Ear Drops for my mom cause she suffers from severe ringing in the ears (tinnitis) especially at night. She went to a couple different doctors and none could do anything for her. I saw this product and got it for her, worth a try, I felt so bad for her, she was desperate for some relief and honestly this did the trick. Within 2 days she notice a drastic reduction in the tone of the ringing it went down to a barely audible to almost none existing at times. This product really worked for her and I'm so happy to say I will recommend this to anyone who had this problem.

this product did not eliminate tinitis however it dramatically reduced the noise i was experiencing. i still use it and have recommended it to my friends who suffer from ttinnitis.

After using Ring Stop drops an Clear Tinnitus capsules ( 2 per day ) for a week I had build up of what seemed to be the Ring stop drops in my left ear . Almost lost the hearing completely , but not the ringing . I was able to clear out the gook and stopped the Ring stop . A few days later I started using Wally's ear drops on a cotton swap (one drop in each ear)because of the healing effect . My ears started feeling good and the ringing was a lot less in a couple of days . This is what works for me now and I hope the ringing slows some more .

So glad I found this online...I used to buy it at the Vitamin Shoppe, but they kept running out. It works for me, amazingly well. I also found out one thing that contributes to my tinnitus is LED lights... the high pulsing blue light causes problems in central processing part of brain, affects sight and hearing. A scientist friend told me about that. Try Googleing it.

These drops are too thick!!!!The liquid just sits on your eardrum when you put your ear up.10 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins. Does not matter how long you wait.Massage the ear to make it penetrate; no effect!!Then once to get into upright position it just drips down.How is this supposed to do any good if it can not penetrate the eardrum????I asked the manufacturer and they did not bother to respond.I guess they know the problem but continue selling this crap anyway.

a big fraud and not at all effective, infact more sound after pouring the drops in to the ear
