While a ghee-and-sugar mixture is the best remedy for chapped lips—not only moisturising them but also exfoliating them—it can get too messy for some. In that case, you can order this one—easily one of the best lip balms I have ever tried. Its taste is neutral, not bitter, and it does a great job at preventing lip flakiness. My only issue is that its effects aren't long-lasting, so you need to apply it repeatedly. But it's still a good deal, given the price.
