Amazing colour
I bought this with the purpose of making a Halloween bake-off with my kids for a school competition. After doing a little research on how to recreate blood I reached the conclusion that gel colouring was going to go a lot further than regular food colouring. And boy was I right. I used corn syrup and a drop of this gel. It turned out really dark and very life-like! I have uploaded a photo where you can see how it turned out, especially if you pay close attention to the Frankenstein's eyes and the blood under the fingernails - I used completly different things for the blood on the cake and it turned out not as good.

the best before date is five days away and the tube has turned the colour of the food colouring when i just opened the package

Works a treat!
Used for red velvet cake. Very deep red with only a tiny amount of colouring. Use sparingly! Just 1 teaspoon was used for this 3 tier cake. Completely tasteless.

Very vibrant!
Came out really nicely in a cake I made for my parents ruby anniversary. Great stuff and needed much less than I thought I would! Very strong colour and no taste or effect on the sponge!

Ruby red is ideal for red velvet cake
I bought the ruby red pro gel after a friend recommended it for my red velvet cupcakes. You don’t need a lot and unlike other reds it won’t go green after the cake is done . Will buy again

Great brand
This is by far the best brand of red colouring I can find, however tubes are ridiculously small & quite expensive.

Its very thick... like nearly a solid coming out of the tube. The red isnt as deep as Super Red liqua-gel in my opinion. I will use it but not buy again

Super tolle Farben. Sehr intensiv. Kleiner Mini tropfen reicht schon. Färbe damit fondant ein. Am besten mit Einmalhandschuhen benutzen
