Excellent Handcrafted Wooden Limb Massager- total manual control for specific areas. Easy to use, the handle making it easy to reach lower legs etc. You can apply as much or as little pressure as you like, the massager feels very sturdy. Have tried battery operated massagers on tense leg muscles but they are not as controllable and are often too powerful making them painful to use. With this you can start off very lightly and gently increase the pressure as the muscle relaxes. Highly recommend.

Good on the thighs to release knee pain.
Bought it to release the for knee pain because I've been running a lot in lockdown & the muscles can get too tight. Looks nice on the shelf & works well on my thighs. I use it while watching tv : ) I'd quite like one that has two handles on either end though so as to apply more pressure. Not sure how I'd use it on my arm though!

Very poor quality squeaks constantly and the centre bit that rolls is extremely loose 🙁
