The inner box was loose. But otherwise, easy to install and works very well. Highly recommend this item

Item arrived undamaged and in a timely manner. This product is the factory original hand-warmer kit, not an aftermarket product. Instructions were straightforward to follow, and the installation took about 20 minutes. Tested and found to work well. Am I looking forward to NOT having my hands get cold or frostbitten!

Anytime you have to drill a 1/2 in hole in the console of your snow-blower, 3 points for ease of installation is all you get. The install went smooth, but do watch the various U-tubes on the install process. Useful information is left off the instruction sheet, but is well covered by U-Tubers. The mixing of the epoxy in the little kit ( for the grips) is a good example, as is the removal of the old grips. Wiring harness tie-points under the console may or may not exist on your version of the blower. There might be more to say when the temp dives and the snow flies...

This product meets the requirements of heated hand grips for the Ariens snow thrower. The install was easy, directions & or diagrams were adequate.

After suffering the past few years snow blowing with cold numb fingers and even trying mittens didnt help, they are a bit better than gloves but are just too clumsy. My current car and the previous one both have heated steering wheels which I love so I decided to try these grips on my blower, at first I thought they would be of little help but my eventual conclusion is = Fantastic. The installation is not difficult and pretty straight forward, the most time consuming part was waiting 24 hours for the epoxy to cure which is needed to secure the grips to the frame handles. The kit does use a very sturdy 1/2" power switch and since you need to drill a 1/2" hole thru the dash control panel to mount the switch and you want a clean neat looking job you may find yourself purchasing a new drill bit since most drill bit sets only go up to 3/8". Overall a great purchase because, who likes frostbite?
