Furniture 247 1-Door 3-Drawer Study Desk, 60 x 140 x 74.5, Walnut Veneer

If you are looking for a desk that doesn’t look ‘cheap and nasty’ or old fashioned but have a realitively small budget, this is the one. It’s proper sturdy and even though it took quite a while to assemble by my husband it is well worth having the patience! I’m extremely pleased with it, took me ages to decide on which one to choose and so glad I picked this one. Arrived on time, very well packed and instructions on assembly easy to follow. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with this. I was browsing amazon intently trying to find a desk that was keeping with the rest of my living room (walnut / brown leather) and when finding this I knew it was a great choice. I was also able to purchase using Amazon's '5 payments' option too, which saved me from having to purchase it outright.The top, drawers, door etc (anything you'd interact with) are textured which I like very much as it increases the overall quality of the desk. It's not a simple veneer on a flat surface. I had no issues with assembly which I did alone without help. The instructions were to the point and easy to follow. I had zero problems with the cam and cam pillar locking systems (sometimes on cheap products as you're screwing in the pillars there's a risk of damaging the holes) but did not have any issues at all.There were 1-2 spots where the veneer wasn't sticking properly which could be problematic depending on its location, but in my own instance it wasn't a problem.I had to purchase feet (furniture glides: B07NNWYX51) for the desk as its supplied with felt strips to avoid marking the floor or your desk etc, however I like my furniture to be off the floor slightly.Overall I am very pleased with the product.

Bought this reluctantly as hubby said would be tidier than my table...and now I absolutely love it. Hubby says it was a pain to put together, but now its done I am totally in love with it. Colour goes well with my mango furniture. Its smart and the drawers and cupboard are surprisingly long and deep. I would definitely recommend buying this - but quick tip - buy hubby beer! I am sure it helped mine put it together with less swearing! ; ))

I've bought this as a gift for Christmas. It seems to be good quality and for the price of £90.99, it also seems to be good value for money ( I wouldn't buy it whilst it costs over £200!). I will come back and update once it is assembled and being used*** update - I'm upgrading this from 4 stars to 5 as this desk is awesome! It's very large (the depth of the cupboard is fantastic) great workspace, storage space, good quality and sturdy desk. In fact it might be worth the higher price tag after all! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone with the need for a good, big desk.

Huge and heavy desk and came with very clear instructions, but requires two people to assemble. Very poor quality, I'm not sure you can even call it veneer, since it seems to be a piece of paper stuck onto the chipboard and tears off with part of the chipboard! But given its price/volume it seems unreasonable to expect more. Definitely requires refurbishing, or spend more on a better desk.

Oak veneer means a layer of wood on top. This was paper. The instructions were incomprehensible. One of the upright pieces crumbled on assembly. When making up one of the drawers a dowel went right through the front piece of the drawer. it was dismantled and returned.

This desk looks really good quality in my daughters bedroom and is really good value .It has a decent amount of storage and a large surface area for a laptop and doing homework

This desk looks and feels as goog as expensive timber. The wood grains are perfect and all edges are tough. It comes heavy because it's solid and takes some time to assemble fully. I am very pleased with this product.
