Ayesha Curry Enameled Cast Iron Skillet/Fry Pan with Pour Spouts, 12 Inch, Sienna Red

Beautiful Dutch oven and made well. I received my Dutch oven and it is heavy. I have cooked Jambalaya first preparing on the stove then oven baking for 2.5 hrs delicious. I have also done stew from stovetop to oven for 3 hours and was delicious. I browned the meat prior to putting the dish together and it did well with that and coming to a boil quickly. I have had no chips so far and have used it a few times as I stated stovetop to oven. I used the rubber stoppers that set around the rim for storage. As with most coated Dutch ovens you have to be careful with the enamel but I have had no issues so far with regular cooking. The quality is beautiful I am happy with my purchase. Clean up was also easy.Updated Nov 2022This Dutch oven has held up wonderful. Lately I have made the rustic bread recipe you just stir together put in fridge and then pull out let rise and drop into heated Dutch oven to bake for 30 minutes. This Dutch oven takes high temperatures and back to back loaf baking. Beautiful and fluffy bread so good!!

Heavy weight with smooth cooking surface. I have used it to fry fish and sautee chicken and make a delicious sauce. This pan will be a workhorse in my kitchen. I love it.Oh yes. I use it on my induction cooktop.

Nice large size and the best part . . . easy cleanup. Very nice pan. Kind of pricey but I will use it often so worth the price to me.

I wanted a enameled cast iron skillet to fry what I call soft fried potatoes on my glass top stove since it was hard not to scratch the stove with my old cast iron skillets. It worked fine except it should not be called a non stick pan. The potatoes stuck to the skillet worse than my old seasoned cast iron skillet. Maybe it will get better after some use. Cleaning was not to bad. I used a hard plastic spatula to scrape it with and then washed with warm water and soap as suggested by the seller. All in all it worked fine for a cast iron skillet. I would recommend if you want to try and save your glass top stove from scratches the best you can.

I searched high and low for a pot I wanted and felt like I could keep out on my stove all the time. This one is perfect and my husband loves it too! Cooked our food well too

Love the pan use all the time.The clean up is easy with thenon stick surface. Slightlya little heavy.

The pan is heavier than other pans it's size. The inside finish is rough and doesn't clean as easy as it should.
