Very good flavor enhancer
I have been using Emeril's Original Essence for years! My primary use for Emeril's is to add it to salt, pepper, and olive oil as a marinade for shrimp! Then grill or sauté shrimp in a pan for about 3 minutes on each side!

Great all around seasoning
Being so close to New Orleans, I'm surprised that I can't find this locally anymore at any store ... so I need to order it. It's a great all around seasoning that I use for basically everything. If you're familiar with Emeril Lagasse, then you already know about this. Buy a bottle ... you won't be dissappointed. BAM!
