These are great all purpose towels. I use them for working out, cleaning and oddly enough for my Macaw Parrot to burrow under. The latter purpose forces me to buy them every few months because the bird destroys them but at 2 dollars per towel, that's a pretty good bargain. If your looking for inexpensive all-purpose towels, I highly recommend this product.

It is hard to find towels that soak up water, but these do the trick! I also used one to make a pillow for my cat's crate (looks good and works fine) and one i made into a cat toy. They are not made for a cat to tear into, but still hold up well. I like them and am considering purchasing again! There certainly are plenty for the price - a real bargain - and are bath size.

At less than $1.60 for a towel of the size I wanted, my expectations weren't high. I did not expect thick, plush terry cloth and didn't get it. I didn't expect perfect seams and didn't get them. I didn't expect clean, clear white and didn't get it. In fact, the photo looks nothing like the towels I received. But I am not surprised, nor am I terribly disappointed. I wanted a lightweight, absorbent medium-small (20" x 40") towel that would wrap comfortably around my wet hair and not be too heavy. This description fits what they are. So they work for me. They meet my needs. But I will keep looking just in case I can find something better.They are merely OK. Not thick, not white, not especially absorbent, not neatly made. Be forewarned.

I selected and purchased these towels as replacements for my gym towels (Utopia brand, which I also purchased here from Amazon) which I had used for two years straight. Unfortunately, these towels are uncomfortable to use even as a gym towel. They are closer to sandpaper than towel. After two washings complete with increasing amounts of fabric softener, they are no better; just less stiff. I mean it sincerely when I say I wouldn't even use these to dry my hand-washed dishes. I will be dumping these in the recycle bin and looking for my original Utopia towels instead.These towels are of the poorest quality I have ever seen in a towel of ANY kind: Hair, Gym, Bath, Car washing/drying, you name it. They are painfully thin; the fact that they state on the main product page that "these towels are not thick" is a gross understatement. After one washing, I would estimate that at least 10% of the towel material wound up in my dryer's lint filter. My workout clothes are covered in white cotton bits from using these towels during my workouts. After two washings, the towels themselves (edges and centers) are starting to fray and come undone (probably from the loss of material mass due to the aforementioned washing). My former towels held up for two years of regular, daily use. These towels won't even make it a month.Unless material coarseness is not an issue, I'd strongly suggest purchasing other towels.

These are perfect hair towels. They aren't heavy weight which is good because between the weight and size/length of the towel, they wrap into a perfect turban. They are however, heavy enough to do a great job.My whole family liked them so much that I purchased a 2nd batch to be sure there were always some in the linen closet. .

Very cheap towels. I mean, I knew they would be think but they are more like car rags than hair towels. If you have more hair than a child (which sadly I do not) don't expect your hair to get dry. I would pass on this product. Only good as a car rag or dishrag.

Purchased for gym use, arrived in a VERY TIGHT bundlle. Washed and dried them and they fluffed up nicely (yes as reviews noted, a lot of lint).I must say, after a couple of washings the binding has loosened on a few of them. Luckily I sew and am able to repair them. For the price and what they are intended it's a good deal. I probably would buy them again, but will wait to see how many more will need repair.

Soft, right size & the price was right.
