I had built the featured Adirondack chair as a housewarming gift. I purchased a copy of the Woodworking book to include with the chair. I highly recommend any and all of the Best of Woodworkers' Journal Project series. Review: It’s a good book for established professionals - It’s a good book with that shows an end product and the design plans to build it. But it doesn’t tell you much how to shape, cut, carve or bend the wood. I bought the book gain an understanding of beds joinery. There was only one example sadly. Buts it’s ok, not a bad book.

Best of Woodworkers' Journal Projects
I own a series of these books and find them very comprehensive. I had built the featured Adirondack chair as a housewarming gift. I purchased a copy of the Woodworking book to include with the chair. I highly recommend any and all of the Best of Woodworkers' Journal Project series.

It’s a good book for established professionals
It’s a good book with that shows an end product and the design plans to build it. But it doesn’t tell you much how to shape, cut, carve or bend the wood. I bought the book gain an understanding of beds joinery. There was only one example sadly. Buts it’s ok, not a bad book.
