No Jitters!
Honestly I love this stuff. It makes me feel energized and tastes good. I do make it double-strength and add cream, but I find the flavor really smooth and delicious. I don't notice a caffeine buzz, which I appreciate - too many coffees leave me jittery and I have to be careful. The negative reviews are a little confusing because I love it so much! Would recommend.

Not worth the price
Over priced and watery. Taste is okay but even when I add it to my regular black coffee the its so light that I don’t feel like it does anything to suppress my appetite.

Very disappointed :-(
The flavor is terrible. I tried adding some creamer to help the flavor, tried adding regular coffee, neither worked. Very disappointed :-( Can’t tell you if it works because I can’t drink it.

Doesn’t work
It didn’t curb my appetite, mixing it with one and the amount of water doesn’t work. It’s watery. I have to use two packs. I don’t see it working as described.

Did not do anything at all. Flavor was bland. Didn’t help curb cravings, didn’t give me energy. Definitely do not recommend this at all.
