My bunnies likes to spill water and throw around their water dispenser and always got disgusting. I decided to try out a water fountain as running water is best for bunnies. This fountain is cute, easy to assemble, clean and fill. It's just tall enough for my bunnies to drink from comfortably (Their breeds are New Zealand for reference; 10lbs and 7.8lbs). The pump is silent thought you can hear the running water which could be nice white noise. My bunnies are better with this found and haven't tipped or thrown it at all! And my bunnies are more hydrated with the running water than the still water from before.

We got this for our furbabies (Husky and Dalmatian), we had had no issue with it, and replacement parts (motor and filter) are available here at amazon. Easy to clean and keeps on running all day. we connected it to an alexa smart plug and goes off at 10PM and on at 7AM. 11/10 would recommend.

I have purchased Dogness products more times than the average buyer. I really liked the idea of having filtered water for my pet pup but the investments have proven much less value than I'd initially anticipated. The frequency of changing the filter can vary based on every user. Naturally the more your water your pet consumes during a day directly affects how often the filter will require changing. There is no set rule for that. My maltipoo drinks water a lot during the day and so I found filter replacements becoming a bit costly. Cleaning them the first few times will work but very quickly no matter how much you clean them, they'll have to be replaced which presents an ongoing expense. I have a Samsung refrigerator that doesn't require filter replacment nearly as often in comparison.I removed the filter and just let the water flow through and it seems to work fine. Pets digestive systems don't really require filtering of water. To me its just a gimmick and money maker.Secondly, the biggest issue I have with these units is very poor customer support thatts hardly ever accessible; and the water pump doesn't last very long either.My 1st unit needed a pump replacement before a full year had expired. I couldn't find a replacement for it on neither their home website nor their Amazon site. Finally getting through to someone, I was told they didn't have any replacement pumps available at the time and instructed to keep an eye out for it. After a month or 2, they finally offered a pump replacement on their site.Purchased and it eventually failed in about the same time frame as the original.Opted to get their largest 3.2L fountain and it was great for about 10 months; then the pump started to loose pressure and wouldn't move the water through. Down from an initial high arc of water to barely coming through.I then had to "attempt" to contact them again which has been a virtual impossibility. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It looks great, the concept is great and it works well for maybe a year or slightly better if you're lucky. But by the time you spend the extra bucks with pump replacement (if you can find one), filters and attempts to contact support for assistance; it's really not that great.I'd suggest looking for something similar from a vendor that offers easily accessible replacement parts and perhaps support would also be nice.My "guess" is that they must figure you'll simply buy a replacement unit rather than waste time trying to locate a suitable replacement from them. Which I did do once but never again. Dogness is a Dog Mess.

I first bought this product in 2019 because my single cat needed a fountain, and after much consideration, I’m so glad that I chose this product! The kept the first one for two years, and only replaced it because the screen for the filter had become so worn after two years that it wouldn’t properly filter anymore, and the wires for the pump were continuously growing algae. I’m still impressed that the first fountain lasted two years, the only issue I had with it was that the light went out quickly but it still worked perfectly. So I bought the second one last year (2021) and it’s still working even better than the first one! They’re almost exactly the same, but this second pump is a little harder to clean. Other than that, the second one has been flawlessly working for over a year! I don’t understand how some people say their only lasted a couple of months because I’ve had no complaints about the two that they I’ve purchased over the years. They each lasted a lot longer than expected, and only needed to be replaced when it became understandably worn out. I am confused about why I can no longer purchase the filters though. I only got on Amazon today to buy more filters and apparently they are no longer selling the ones for this fountain? So I may need to figure out something else. Just wanted to say that I’ve been very glad to have this product in my home and my cat absolutely loves it. He drinks so much more water now than he used to, and I will purchase this product again when it’s time to replace the current one (probably next year). its quiet and functioning Very easy to use and I like the color

I like it. It's simple, not many parts, easy to clean and not too loud. However, one thing that I didn't notice about the design until I recieved it, is that the top is somewhat shallow. It operates on the premise that the pump pumps faster than the top can drain. So if the pump gets clogged, power goes out or it just plain stops working and the water level isnt completely full, your pet won't have access to the water its holding under the top! I have an older fountain that is open and if it fails, the majority of the water is still available to drink. In fact it failed and is pretty old and stained/scratched and bought this to replace it. I now think I'll buy something to supplement this one as a backup. We only leave our pup outside when it's cooler but I worry if I ever didn't fill it completely up before leaving for work in the morning and she was outside and this thing failed somehow , she wouldn't have water!Sidenote, this thing is more of a bubbler and really not a fountain. So the water won't be as aerated as it would In a standard fountain...I'll keep it but will probably eventually replace it and maybe only use this one indoors instead the patio where it is now.

Excelente bebedero, tenemos el dispensador de alimento también y han sido excelentes productos, el bebedero te avisa con una luz roja cuando comienza a quedarse sin agua y si lo controlas con un enchufe inteligente es lo mejor, es de 2 litros aproximadamente y con el filtro siempre se cuenta con agua limpia, el único pero es la longitud del cable, es usb pero si es algo corto, considerando el qué tiene el dispensador de alimento.

Esque eran para mis perros y no calcule la bocaza que tienen , es para gatos y perros pequeñitos, pero fue culpa mía que no calcule. Por lo demás es estupendo porque el agua está siempre limpia
