Make sure you read the instructions, as charging lipos is very dangerous.A few things to note about this charger...1. It will only charge at 150w max for both side combined on AC power. You need a external DC power source to get the 240w advertised.2. I had a weird reverse polarity warning right out of the box on channel 1, and the leads where plugged in correctly. I had to power cycle it a few times and factory reset it to get it to work correctly (see video).3. You can change wattage on one channel and push more on another channel, which is an awesome feature.4. The power switch on the back is a really nice feature, I wish all chargers had it.5. The charger had no issues parallel charging, and it allowed me to push more wattage to the 5s parallel board on the 2nd channel.I recommend this charger to anyone looking for a 2 channel charger!

It works well. Charges my 4s battery just fine. But there is one issue. At first it did allow me to select what battery cell was charging but after intentionally selecting the wrong cell, it goes into auto mode which no longer allows the user to select. I have not found a way to undo this. I believe it automatically detects and selects now but I took away one star because I liked having the option to select. Contacted customer service but they were clueless and asked for pictures. I didn’t follow through because it’s working and I don’t have the energy to take pictures to explain the situation to them again. Works good. In the future when I use different cells I’ll update if it doesn’t work.

Received a new RC Airplane for Christmas and needed a Lipo charger for 6S Lipo batteries. Did some research and based on prior reviews, decided on the HTRC Charger. Received it very quickly and immediately put it to work. I am impressed with the ease of use and the the speed at which it charges, plus it charges 2 batteries at the same time. Did have one problem with the fitment of the AC power cord. It plugs in and the fit was loose and would cause the power to randomly shut off the unit. Rather than send it back, I found another power cord that fit tighter and problem was resolved. Overall you can't beat this charger for the price and I highly recommend it.

Recently started to fly FPV and needed a charger for my LIPO batteries and was worried about the danger of charging these batteries. I did a lot of searching online and found this charger which seem to be safe. I’ve been using it for about a month now and it is really dummy proof and the perfect charger for anyone who doesn’t know much about batteries. The charger comes with two ports so you can connect two batteries. It has a LCD display for both batteries and you can cycle through a menu and change settings. When charging or making any changes to the battery; it will check to see if the settings match. This is fantastic as it will help you from damaging the battery or having them explode.The charger comes with a pack of cables, all the different adapters you need to charge a battery. This is really useful especially since this hobby has so many different adapters.Overall I am pleased with this purchase and happy I got this version.Next time I will get the all touch screen version.

This is a simple small battery charger that is capable of charging many different types of batteries. I bought this to have a small light charger which could be easily be transported to a local RC field. This is not a high-power everyday work charger. My iCharger is by far my favorite bench charger and far more powerful than this model. However, it is a lot more expensive. Which is why I mentioned above purchasing this charger for travel purposes.Pros: simple to use, small and light, built in AC Power with cord.Cons: Battery charging completion ring is hard to hear, even with all buzzer settings turned to high. Charger is limited in the size of cells (1 -6) and MAH you can charge in Lipo mode. So far, I have been testing this charger for a few days and the only issue I have run into is I have not heard the battery charge complete ring work on channel 1. However, it worked on channel 2 even though it is not very loud. Also a few other reviews have mentioned the fan is a little noisy. But considering this charger cost less than $100 US dollars, small problems like this are expected. Again, this is not a good high quality like some more expensive well-known charger brands.On a side note this charger was shipped fast within 2 days of ordering it. However, it was shipped in an amazon mail envelope and not a protective cardboard box like you would expect. Minor dent to box (see pictures), but not a big deal. Lucky the charger was packed inside the manufactures box without no damage. The only other issue shipping issue is the box did not come with a manufactures seal (see picture), which makes me wonder if I received a brand-new charger or one somebody might have returned. Not sure if the above shipping issues are the fault of the seller or if just poor shipping on Amazons behalf.

Pros: supports common bat types (NIMH LIPO etc) Many user settings (max time, min volts, charging amps etc) Automated termination of charge, discharge and cycles. Came with the leads that I needed.Cons: a little confusing to set options (YouTube was helpful) Can't set a specific max voltage for charging. Only allowed up to 2 amp discharge for my modules (taking over four hours each) Exceeding Safety timer means you can't display results (mamh mainly).Note: am using this to rebuild Prius traction battery modules (so need them to be similar volts and not over charged).

This is a great little charger packed full of features. My grandson has an Onyx dual charger (no longer available) and this beats it hands down. Good selection of battery types and sizes, charging rates, balance selections and safety cut offs.Having a main power ON/OFF switch is unique in chargers, along with the built in power supply so you can plug it in to AC outlet, or connect it to a 12 volt source. You can even use it as a power supply.Despite what others have said, it does not come with Traxxas (or TRX) plugs. They are available though on Amazon. Just look for Traxxas/TRX to banana plugs cords.The instruction booklet is not well written, especially if you are not fluent in the terminology used. Search up reviews and instructions on YouTube instead. I learned a lot of things this little charger can do the instruction booklet doesn't touch on.

After seeing a similar charger that my friend had I opted to buy this one. Although some people have stated in answers to questions that this charger comes with the TRAXXAS connection (TRX) I can confirm that it DOES NOT. You have to order an additional adapter if you have a TRAXXAS RC battery, but they are inexpensive to buy. I used mine today on a Lipo and NiMh battery and both charged well. The Lipo has battery balance and the charger worked great.

Great charger at a good price. Good amount of features. Menu system is not the most intuitive and the manual is not great. Look up YouTube for a better walk through of how to use it and the features. Wish it came with a plug for Traxxas batteries. After a couple uses, I can highly recommend.

Great charger so far! I will say one thing, especially with taking good care of LiPos, it over reads the volatge by about 0.04. Doesnt sound like much but that extra charge at full can make a Lipo more unsafe. It was easy enough to go into the settings and adjust the discharge and charge max volts to account for this difference.

Great safety features inbuilt to ensure that you do not charge the battery in a wrong manner and end up breaking it or even causing it to light on fire. The build quality is good and the included accessories are great as well
