{My thoughts} – Dawn ends up taking on a little more then she can handle. She ends up baby-sitting for the Barrett kids and learns it isn’t an easy task. Mrs. Barrett barely talks to her, doesn’t fill her in on important things and becomes hard to reach. On top of all of that the kids become dependent on Dawn instead of their mother.This book touches on what it is like for a child to be kidnapped by their own parent. The steps that need to be taken if something like it should happen. It also shows a happy ending and in many situations that isn’t the case, but it was the outcome in this book.I really do like these books because they touch base on topics that aren’t always talked about in books for children of this age. I like that they are turning them into graphic novels and making them more modern for today’s readers. I look forward to reading the next book in the series soon!

Anyone who is on the fence about getting this Book I would definitely recommend it! This is the fifth Of the series. and I would recommend getting all of them there’s such great books!

Great books once again...my sister and I read these books as young readers and now my twelve year old loves them too. The illustrated versions seem to be a hot ticket item. My daughter was so excited that I purchased them all for her birthday...and then read the 6th one in one evening! Great, and CLEAN storylines. Totally applicable to the age group. Would highly recommend.

I think that this is a great book and it really shows the reader what can happen in life and that you have to be careful of what you do. The book talks about all the problems that Dawn is having with her babysitting job and something really scary happens during her job and if that was me up would be terrified. I would definitely recommend this book for kids who have already read the books before so it's not so confusing for anyone because you have to read the books before in order to understand what is going on. But overall I think that it is a great book

These were the best price as compared to other places. Note—these are comic book like written with illustrations. Not in paragraph form but the story is the exact same. That’s what kids are reading in 2020, so says my 11 year old cousin!

My 10 yo loves these books and reads them over and over. They are also really good quality. They are sturdy for a paperback, vibrant colors, nice illustrations.

Dawn plays a great sweet kind lovable character in the BSC.And is totally different . But this book is a little scary and Itotally get if this book should not be read by anyone one over eight.

My granddaughter loves the Babysitter’s Club books. They were a great deal.

An interesting look at a bad divorce and those caught between it as well as problems in finding your place again when things change. I loved seeing how Dawns techniques differ from the others it was also what those kids needed. Mary-Ann is really coming out of her shell as well. Another fun addition.

I love babysitters club graphic novels and this is one of my favourites! I love when they add new people to the club! I recommend for ages 6 to 12 or over!

My 9 yr old is already obsessively reading this book. She loves the graffic novel style. Will definitely be getting more of the series.
