Very useful for protecting all kinds of delicate things. I removed one of the four velcro pads so one corner can be on the inside and not scratch anything -- very simple to do with a seam ripper.

Just what I was looking for to add further protection for my 35mm lens. I don't always like carrying around a heavy backpack so it is nice to have a protective wrap for lenses when you want to carry light. Great fabric and thickness. Looks to be very well made. I am very happy customer.

These wraps offer a nice padded sheet to wrap anything like envelope or burrito. I was able to wrap my Panasonic GX8 with 12-35mm lens attached with room to spare. I'm sure most mirrorless systems would fit without issues, except for maybe a larger Sony body with a telephoto or something like that.I think these wraps are a perfect solution for someone who would like to pack a camera bag without having to worry about using a "camera bag" The wrap offers great protection from anything else that could be in a bag, backpack, luggage, etc. It would allow you to bring a camera and still allow space for any other items without having to worry about the other items conforming to camera style dividers or anything like that.The padding does cause the wraps to eat up a good amount of space, in a packed bag it isn't too much of an issues as the loose corners or edges will just get pressed flat, but in a loosely filled bag they do eat up some air space that can make getting to smaller items difficult at times. Domke offers a similar item that reviews have said are thinner and have a better type of velcro but they do cost a little more. After the short time I've been using them I can see how the padding might not be nesscesary and the domke wraps can be better, but the little extra padding is a nice peace of mind thing.Overall, they are a great product that can make packing a camera a little bit easier to work into a daily bag or daypack instead of having to pull out that "camera bag" that leaves little space for other everyday items.

I bought this wrap and others by Tenba, Domke and Op-Tech to test them out - both for size and comparing them to each other in terms of thickness and usability over several months. The Tenba wraps are my favorite over all. They are well-cushioned but not too thick. This 12" size is great for wrapping one of my mirrorless cameras with a small prime lens. It also can be made into a sleeve for my Kindle to keep it and my cameras cushioned from each other. Switching from large Nikon DSLRs to a smaller mirrorless system meant that my camera bags are too large and these wraps - in different sizes - let me use other bags - like a small backpack or even a large purse - to carry my camera along. I found the wrap worked well for wireless speakers and portable hard drives when traveling. It can also be folded flat at the bottom of a bag for extra cushioning when traveling, and then wrapped around the camera or a lens when needed. It weighs less than a lens case and takes up very little space when not in use. And you can make them into pockets so they act like a lens case.As a photographer who shows my work in galleries, I wish they made huge ones to use and re-use to transport artwork.

Excellent amount of padding, much better than generic wraps and even better than Brand D at protecting lenses or cameras.

I got this to wrap an Olympus EM-5 body to take on a trip. It fits the body without a lens or grip attached perfectly. If one wanted to keep a lens or grip on, you'd need a bigger wrap. It'll also cover the FL600R flash very nicely. It would also be great for lenses. The padding is thin, but is enough to provide protection against light bumps and isn't too bulky. Good protection for the camera in a backpack or other type of unpadded bag. The material feels great, and it's water resistant, altho I haven't tested that yet. :-) The velcro pads stick anywhere on the outside surface, so it's quite flexible in terms of shapes it can cover. Great for travel or hiking.

This is significantly larger in volume size that I had expected. Though the extra foam is a welcome design as it does provide a good cushion that you can literally feel when protecting your products, such as my MBP 15", it does felt somewhat oversized when left alone and given its 'flexible' design, it is quite hard to just store it somewhere, as like mentioned, it does take up quite some volume.Nonetheless, a great product to have as unexpectedly, it has additional room to store at least 1-2 books and a few small stuff to carry around, but not a power adapter, within its spacious interior. Great production product and will directly look forward to getting a second one if I were to buy an another laptop of a 15" size!

This is a simple 16 x 16 inch square piece of heavy felt fabric backed with nylon lining. Each corner sports a small Velcro patch and is able to grip anywhere on the felt fabric. Place your item in the middle and fold the corners into a neat package. Basically you get protection from scratches and light knocks. It does a good job protecting my Fishman Aura Spectrum DI pedal when I stow it in a bag with other pro audio gear. The 16 x 16 also fits my Alesis half rack effects box (with wall wart), large side address mic, DSLR or Tascam DR100 audio recorder (one item at a time of course). Sure an old towel protects as well but the Tenba is less bulky, more professional looking on jobs and won't shed your gear should your bag get tossed or dumped. It's cool that these are offered in different colors so you can identify your gear without opening the wrap. The $13.95 I paid for this item from Outdoor Photo Gear is a wee bit pricey but it works as advertised so I'm a happy camper.
