Felt very hydrated during and after workouts using this product. I consume 1 scoop during my workout and another after. I like how water soluble the product is and I can easily put it in a shaker cup and add cold water and shake it up on the way out the door (with or without the shaker ball) and this is not the case with a lot of BCAA drinks. I have had to dissolve some BCAA's with warm water and then add cold water, not the case with this product at all. The orange juice flavor was not the best, but it was palatable and their other flavors are really good. Very good product and quite the step up from basic BCAA hydration formulas. I have added this product to my "must have on hand" supplements and rotate it in often. I consider this product in the top tier of BCAA supplement formulas.

I’ve tried the cherry limeade, grape and orange flavors. Grape and orange are perfect. As far as the actual product, I have had a little more push to get through lifting and cardio in a calorie deficit. It’s worth it, IMO, if the labeling is correct. Mixes easy

I've purchased this product many times. Prior to this time, Orange Flavor always had same taste to it. It was similar to Hi-C and Sunny D. This time it tastes quite different. Reminds me of Orange Sherbet. Coincidentally is 1st tub I received of updated formula of containing electrolytes. There's a number of factors that go in to me picking a pre-workout or BCAA/EAAs powders. I used to find the fantastic flavoring to be worth a product that has two artificial sweeteners and artificial flavoring. I don't anymore. If eventually I decide to buy again to see if it was just something off with the one tub, not that the flavor changed permanently then I'll update review.

The orange flavor is delicious. I mix it with my creatine in the morning because I cant stomach creatine alone. This helps it go down smooth. It also blends well with water, not like the super expensive perfect amino.

Drink a full glass (one big scoop) every night after I workout. Fruit Punch is my fave! Go through one bottle every 5 weeks.

I decided to change up my post-workout supplements and landed on this one on a whim. And man am I glad i did! Ive only taken one serving and i already notice a difference. The post workout ache in my muscles is significantly reduced and the blend of aminos, Arginine, and Agmatine provided a great and lasting pump and vascularity all day. I wont be straying from this one for a long time. Tastes good too! lol UPDATE: I noticed that what it says it has in it on the lbel via amazon is not what is on the actual label...Missing are things such as the Agmapure and a few other aminos
