Diplomat 31-527 Double Cherry Wood Watch Winder with White Leatherette Interior and Built In IC Timer

It was odd that my Auto was stopping in this thing. I tried the CW and CCW settings. Then I noticed my watch had stopped and thought it was odd that it wouldnt resume time even when the unit was rotating. Yet the moment I took my watch out of the winder to put it on my wrist she resumed ticking.Then someone told me that the vertical position winders are better and to stay away form the diagnal position winders. So I tipped this winder close to a vertical position and sure enough, it then kept time.Its too bad because this is a beautiful winder. I tried one of the other Diplomat models too and had the same issue. I have to return both winders and probably will have to get a vertical one. I'm so upset. The motor is really quiet too! You dont even hear anything! This would get a 5 if my watch worked. If you can get your auto to work in this winder then keep it!

this winder is simply great. if you have a chance to buy it, don't hesitate. i currently have two invicta subaqua noma III watches in it. they are 50mm. it winds them no problem and is super silent. it has two independent motors, rotates in both directions, and has four winding modes. for the price, it is simply the best winder you can get. it is even packed securely and comes in a big white gift box. this is high quality stuff. this is my first diplomat dual winder but it is my third diplomat winder. i have two singles also and they are great too

This would have been a great winder... except that it didn't spin often enough to keep my watch wound. Even at its fastest setting, over a few days my watch would wind down. I ended up replacing it with another Diplomat winder that winds more often. If it spun often enough, I would have been very happy, but it didn't work out for me.

I have several winders already but needed more, I decided to take a chance on this unit. It looked very good out of the box and I have now had it in use for 2 weeks. So far, I am very pleased. The dual motors are silent with 40-45MM watches loaded. I have paid 3 times this amount for winders that are of lesser quality. If this unit lasts a couple of years of constant useage, I will be extremely pleased.

A very and well made box. But it does not auto rewind our Rolex and IWC watch.

Initially I thought this was great but now this winder isn't keeping my watch wound over the weekend. I also feel like my watch is louder recently and I fear that could be related to the winder. It's pretty but wouldn't buy it again.

Watch winder was delivered in a couple of days. It works great. Very easy to set up. I have it in my bedroom next to my bed and I can barely hear it running. I would recommend this to others.

This winder was a gift for my boyfriend. He is very happy with it. The motion is very smooth and extremely quiet. Not to mention how beautiful it is. I would definitely purchase this winder again if I needed another.
