T he plunger tube was not installed so after two uses I had to take it apart to reach the product with a Qtip. Quality control missed it. Product good. Container fails.

So this product itself works great. The problem is the pump keeps breaking. I thought my first bottle was near empty, so I bought a second bottle. In 2 weeks I couldn't get it to pump out again. That's when I realized the pump was the problem with the first bottle, as well as second one. I checked it and the first bottle was indeed at least 1/2 full. The dark label makes it hard to see content. I decided to try and use the product by unscrewing top and dabbing it under my eyes. It worked fine for awhile, but this kind of product is not supposed to be exposed air, so opening it every morning quickly decreased the effectiveness of the product, and it started to dry out a little in the bottle. I'm really bummed about spending the money on a product I like but can't use. I haven't ask for a refund or replacement. Maybe I should. I just bought a new brand ( I have used a variety of these products for years) and it's not even close to as good as this product. It's essynaturals. I'm sad to say I will be writing an unfavorable review on it. I hope the makers of instaderm improve the dispenser or just put it in a tube, I would like to be able to buy the product again. I would also like to add I could not find a way to contact instaderm to talk about the 2 broken pumps.

After approximately 10 uses, the pump no longer works! The product is really good however. Maybe I can use a toothpick to reach the contents in the small bottle. So disappointing.

It smoothed out my under eye skin, but you need to be Gentle putting on makeup under eyes.

I almost never write reviews, but after reading so many who do not like this product, I thought I would say something that could be helpful. The bags, wrinkles, and circles are nearly gone after I use this product! And I am able to smile and do whatever for an entire day with full effect. You can't touch the area after it's applied though, so no messing around with your eye! I apply my moisturizer first and then undereye concealer and blush. When it's dry, I apply a thin layer of instaderm all around the under eye, around the corners, and at the very top of my cheek where sometimes there's a little puffiness. The makeup doesn't come off and there is no white crud! Once in a while, when I first press the pump, there is a bit of hard crustiness at the tip. Just wipe that off before using it and continue so you are using only the gel. Honestly, I'm addicted - I will use this product forever! I do worry a bit about dryness, but continue to use my moisturizers in the morning and at night. Good luck!

late giving this review. Cream seem to work but leave a dry white visible cake on the face.I can't use it because its cake up. Good Eye puffy products goes on clear and take awaypuffy and can't be seem. I got ashamed by been asked what is that white patches nearyour Eyes. Late to return it waste of money.
