My stylist used this on me when I was in between coloring treatments. I have premature grey hair in most of my hair.. in my mid thirties with relaxed hair. I had to get my own bottle, I was so impressed with the coverage. I use it with my wrapping foam before going under the dryer and let me tell you, It really covers up those greys!! And my grey hair is sooo white and noticeable ( I love black hair so it is a lot work to cover it up). This washes straight out with nothing lingering in your hairs. Perfect for me when I need to cover up those roots quickly! Just be careful with white pillow cases!

This mousse is hideous in black. It leaves a residue on my hair, and the residue transfers to my skin and clothing, etc. Yuck! It DOES cover some grey and washes out with shampoo. If you get it, try use sparingly!

I didn’t like this at all. I think I just have too much gray to cover this way. I’m growing out the dyed part of my hair and I thought this might be a solution to cover the gray until it is all grown out. It did seem to cover some of the gray but to cover as much as I needed to cover, I had to use a lot of it. It made my hair stiff and it rubbed off after I applied it. It turned out to be a real mess. It might work if you only have a few gray hairs but don’t buy it if you have a lot to cover. My hair is about 25% gray so it was just too much for a product like this.

"Black Rage" by Roux, is a product which a man or woman can use on those days which they seek to temporarily hide their greyhair. It produces an acceptable shade of dark black pepper like mixture of grey that effectively reduces ones age by ten or more years.Since it washes out in the shower it can be used daily or only on those days you wish to look younger. Coloring agents which producea more permanent darkening of grey, or totally blackish hair, have a tendency to produce an unwanted orange like coloration aftera few washings which immediately gives the coloration of the hair away. This product circumvents that problem. Great for being younger on those special days.

Color covers grey hair well without being permanent. I use a comb to apply to roots. Washes out easily. Can be messy so wear gloves when applying

very good product, more manageable, and remember that a drop of water should not fall on the head when using this product.

I thought it did an ok job covering my gray hair(that's the reason I bought it). I haven't found anything that covers my gray in between colorings.

I searched long and hard for a temporary hair color that looked natural and wasn't made for streaking (like many popular Halloween brands).Originally I was going to purchase the liquid form of this item, but when I saw a few reviewers mention it was now available in a mousse form, I figured that would be so much easier.Based on the hair color of the character I was going for (Selene-Underworld), I tried to find the blackest black available. Black Rage seemed to be that shade.I have dark brown (colored) hair that is lighter at the ends since I don't color my hair constantly, only on a whim.To style I did blow dry and then use a straightening serum spray and my flat iron.
