I have ordered a very interesting about Facility Management.

Sufficent, but lacked a core requirement.
I believe that over-all the author did a decent job of summarizing the duties of the FM, but lacked in providing the reader any understanding in "Space Planning" which is essential in the FM's daily requirement. Otherwise, very easy read.
