Battery died and will not recharge after 6 months of use. Product connects ok. Sound quality average. After long periods of talk time you will have to switch audio devices and back to the headset as the sounds starts to crackle.

I ordered a different and cheaper version of this headset late last year and they were absolutely terrible. After posting a review that was not favorable to the product I ordered the seller/manufacturer sent me another headset randomly in the mail a few weeks later and it was this particular headset model and man oh man what night and day difference.It works perfectly with excellent sound, battery life, people can hear me, no choppy connections etc. I work from home and am usually in meetings about half the day and these work and fit so perfectly. It lasts me a full day and because I use it so much I automatically charge it every night. The best thing about the new headset they sent me was that when I drive and use them they don't lose connection and the sound and speaking quality from me is on point.Easily worth your money and if they somehow don't work or you're having issues, do not worry customer service will take care of you without even asking you if you post a review lol. Very much pleased now.

I like everything and I hate these headphones. They're hard to configure. Many of my devices want nothing to do with them. Maybe it's me. Maybe if I were working in a call center or driving my big rig down to Smokeytown, I'd be singing their praises, but as someone just trying to make VOIP calls from a windows desktop computer, it's nothing but frustration.
