Clear, concise, good for beginners, except the pictures are way too tiny
As someone fairly new to Lenormand, I purchased a number of handbooks. This was the first one I bought, based on solid recommendations on a number of sites. The layout is neat and easy to follow, the descriptions are to the point and there are clear examples for reading combinations. This is a good intro book for beginners - I like his style and keep going back to it.My only dislike/major complaint/big disappointment about this book is that the photos of the cards on the page of each card description - and also in the layout examples - are SO TINY that you can't see them! For example, it mentions the bear pictured possibly hunting for food, but all you see in the tiny photo is a black blob, can't even read the number on the card, etc. Not that it is absolutely necessary, but I like visuals and there is plenty of room on each description page to have made that graphic a whole lot larger, so I really don't know what that is about.Aside from that I would recommend this one if you are learning.

My favorite Lenormand book
I found the book well laid out and easy to follow, being a beginner to Lenormand. Andy Boroveshengra has a great style of writing, it is not overly done with tons of verbiage going over the same concept numerous times, instead he is clear and concise, yet not so short on his descriptions you have little to work with. I love that. I found some of the other books overwhelming and tend to over-complicate what is a simple deck. He goes over themes, spreads, includes examples and a few exercises. He does not go into combinations, thankfully. There are too many opinions of what is "right" and can create too much confusion. This is my go-to book for Lenormand.

German Traditional Lenormand
A exceptional clear and traditional book on Lenormand. Andy was taught by his Romani family, who have a long history in fortune telling aross Europe. He was taught by his aunt and when he wrote this book he had 20 years in as a Lenormand reader. So figure nearly 100 years in his family reading Lenormand now.Andy covers it all in pairing and spread readings. He gives case studies of Actual readings and walks you there How He did them. This is all Lenormand no tarrot crossover. Which is important as they are not read the same at all. Meanings are clear cut and show how to get the real picture meaning from cards. If you want just one traditional book on Lenormand this is it.

Well-researched Lenormand manual by a master of the art
Andy Boroveshengra is clearly a master of Lenormand. The book is well-researched and full of in-depth examples of card interpretations. He gives plenty of history to understand the origins of the cards and how to use them. His writing style is clear and enjoyable to read. Lenormand 36 Cards is a great instructional manual worth every penny. I recommend it.Minus 1 star for bad layout & typesetting (not the author's fault, but it detracts from the reading experience). Also the information on spreads seems out-of-order. The difficult Grand Tableau comes before easier spreads. I prefer to start easy and build-up to the advanced stuff. I think a good editor should have caught this.I highly recommend the book, but you may wish to read the easier spreads first before you try the Grand Tableau.

Near PERFECT
It's my Lenormand BIBLE. I think the author had some good ideas that the EDITORS didn't listen to, so that is my only criticism. The author is impeccable. And always to the point. Do yourself a favor and check out his blog as well!
