Calego Modern Doll House

Soooo worth the 32.99. Although my daughter has a barbie dream house this was supposed to be for travel times(Babysitters house) she plays with this one more than the dream house. Purchased furniture seperatly. Great buy my 3 year old loves it. Came in 2 pieces with velcro to fasten together. Easy assembly and easy take down. Perfect for travel or jus home set up. Either way GREAT BUY!! Soooo WORTH IT

We were so excited to receive this product! Then we were sadly let down. Not once, but twice. Both times we received opened and busted boxes. The houses were damaged. The replacement was worse than the first. Not from shipping. These had to have been used houses.Thankfully, we were able to get our money back. But, my 10yr old daughter earned this house. She worked really hard for it. Receipt of damaged goods is not an acceptable reward. 😕I wish I could upload the video. I will not be repurchasing again. Worst Amazon purchase yet!

My daughter did not ask for a dollhouse, but she enjoyed playing "house" with her various dolls and figures, so I figured she would like one. Then I got online and started looking for dollhouses. As a man who never owned a dollhouse before, I had no idea how pricey they could be. Look, I would prefer not to take out a mortgage for a house I cannot actually live in. Then I found this Calego dollhouse, read a few of the reviews, and thought, "Why not, she didn't ask for one anyway, so she won't know the difference." We love it.Upon delivery, I looked over the instructions for this house, and it seemed easy enough. Of course, sometimes instructions make things seem easier than they actually are. While I would not call this one foolproof to put together, it is pretty easy overall. It comes with a couple of panels with velcro tabs to hold things together. The tabs are all color coded, so it is pretty easy to match blue with blue, etc. After the first time I set this up, I can do it now in about 90 seconds or so.On that point, storage is great for this one. It is immensely easy to take this apart and store it flat. When I store it, I just put it against the side wall of the closet. It needs almost no space, which is great. When opened, it is plenty large enough and almost as tall as my daughter. Thus, the ease of movement and storage is a huge perk.The dollhouse is cute enough. It does not come with furniture, but the huge open front makes it easy to play. There are three stories, which my kid loves. The style is simple with a single wall in between rooms and an attic-level room.If I had any complaint about this one, and it was not something unexpected, it would be that the panels are not that tough. The middle and top floor have a bit of bend to them with *something* wrapped in cloth. It is more than cardboard, but you can tell that if a kid hangs on it or something a piece might break. I do not think that would make it unusable, as the cloth would probably still provide some support, but it might be hard to stand things up on it. It does not really impact my rating of this dollhouse, but only because I knew what I was expecting when I bought it. Still, it is something to be aware of.She plays with it from time to time, but she does not play with it as much as I expected. She definitely plays with it enough for the affordable price to be worth it, but I am glad that I can put the house in storage when I need to. We are really happy with the purchase.

I am shocked at how nice this is for the price! It popped up within seconds, is pretty darn durable, and has already given my kids hours of enjoyment in the last 2 weeks. I originally bought this for a temporary house until my husband could build a custom one that I could decorate, but seeing the quality and how much the kids love it, we ordered the classic doll house as an addition to this one. Two houses cost less than the material to build one and they kids are thrilled! My 7 year old daughter asked for a Barbie dream house for her birthday and after reading the reviews and seeing the price of $150 I decided to look at other options and I am so happy I found this house! It may say doll house but it fits Barbie and all of her furniture perfectly. My daughter is thrilled with the house and has already spent hours playing with it the last few days. It was super easy to put together thanks to coordinating Velcro colored strips and only took me about 5 minutes to get it up right. Another plus of this house is that when my daughter gets tired of it or I need the extra room in her bedroom I can collapse it flat and hide it under her bed. I was a little worried about it holding up with multiple Barbie’s having a party on the 2nd floor with her furniture but it held up great. Our 10 pound puppy even tried to hop on the 2nd floor and it held steady. This is a great alternative to the Barbie dream house (horrible reviews regarding the nightmares about putting it together) I am so happy that I took a chance and ordered it.

This was purchased as a present and I've only just got out of box and put up tonight, it hasn't been played with yet but I am really impressed with how sturdy and big it is! So far so good for the price 😃

Arrives today only took around five minutes to make up first time excellent value for money and really sturdy takes the weight of large wooden doll furniture which I didn't think it would but floors are really strong would definitely recommend over the large wooden houses for storage and value for money

this is a really nice dolls house and very versatile. You can take it form room to room with ease.

Package arrived a few days ago, have not assembled as it is a Christmas present. Although it feels really sturdy. Amazing value for money
