These dissolving tablets are too chalky and taste bad, I threw them away.

A couple of treats a day!!
I have a very sensitive stomach and would not have been surprised if I got discomfort, so I started taking a half and then another half and am up to 2 tablets a day in less than 2 days. I love the taste. If you don't like diet sodas you might not like the taste as much as I do. I gave it 5 stars because after 2 weeks I have no complaints. Can't wait until tomorrow so I could take 2 more.

Bari gastric sleeve patient review
Just had the surgery on June 16th and these are relatively easy to ingest. They do melt away with a couple bites, unless you want to leave it in your mouth to melt completely but I'm not sure how long that would take. It does have the kinda slightly chalkiness of a vitamin, a bit better than a tums. Pretty smooth though, just... really sweet. Not sure why it needs to be so sweet! It uses monk fruit extract for sweetness, kind of has a mixed berry taste. One thing, it takes two tablets for a serving size, so although I thought this would last two months, one bottle will last one month if taken daily. All in all, if you're having trouble taking vitamins, if your Achille's heel was sweets (mine was salty food) you will like this little bit of sweetness you get to have in the day. It is similar to a sweet tart but not tart at all. I haven't noticed any tummy upsetness with it taking it with either water or a protein shake or on an empty stomach.

SOS to my tastebuds.
These are so gross. They’re like 60 year old, stale tums that have been sitting in the back of your great grandmas medicine cabinet gathering dust. I’m not picky about taste, but if you have access to the other multivitamin chewables at your surgeons hospital/ pharmacy just buy those. It takes me so long to dissolve and ingest them. They make me feel full, like I just drank a premier protein shake. They did cause me to have a stomach ache, although I think it might have been due to the fact that I’m used to the other Bari pills from my doctors office. Your taste buds are worth more than this!! Also,I hope you have dental insurance in case you’re brave enough to try and chew these, it’s like a handful of gravel. There’s nothing wrong ingredient wise, I’m sure they suffice regarding your intake of vitamins. But dang, I've been taking two of these and two of the multivitamin everyday and it is honestly the worst part of my day!!! Considering I can’t chug liquids yet I usually drown out the chalky residue by gargling Gatorade zero!! I Good luck out there Bari friends.

They work, if you can get past that awful taste!
The first time I tried these my stomach hurt so bad! Then after a couple more times it was ok. My hair and nails were looking so healthy, nice and strong after a week of taking these every day but the biggest downfall-they are the absolute worst tasting vitamins I've ever tried! I haven't been taking them because it's just way too hard to get past the taste. I can get over that chalky texture, even though I hate it. But the flavor literally makes my eyes twitch when I try to take them 😂 it's soooo bad! I've tried crushing it and mixing it with orange juice.. Didn't work. I've tried eating small pieces at a time, torture. So I've resorted to trying to chew them fast and chasing it with water and rinsing with mouth wash asap... It's THAT bad 🤢🤮

Best vitamin ever
After Gastric bypass surgery these are excellent to take, ease of use because you don't need water to take them. These vitamins have a powdery consistency, but it tastes just like a candy that I used to have when I was a child it does not have a horrible smell either. the size of it is not bad because as you suck on them they basically melt in your mouth. I love Barimelts vitamins, all of them. A few do break up in bottom of bottle but that doesn't really bother me. it's benefit versus risk. There are benefits in taking a vitamin that I like the taste of, I don't worry about a few of them chipping off, I really don't. I prefer this over having to swallow large vitamin capsules or swallowing pills at all.
