Just terrible!
I was so excited to get this pan. First off it was beautiful! Heavy and just what I was looking for. Then I noticed the spout had a crack in the pan and coating. I was bummed, contacted Amazon they immediately shipped a new pan and had it the next day in one piece. I used it last night and it was great! As someone who grew up with a gas stove cast iron is all I ever used. Now I have a ceramic top and very limited on what can be used. This pan is terrific in between. I also bought the smaller one and seriously considering other pieces now.UPDATE: very disappointed with this purchase. I mentioned having to replace the first pan that was shipped and loved it the first few times I used it. Now I've had them just a couple months and today when washing it i thought it was dirty and when i looked closer realized the enamel coating on the inside is chipping. I am very careful with my pans, only use wooden utensils and wash and dry by hand so it is ridiculous that both pans are chipping after 2 months.

Love it!
I was Really nervous about getting this because there were not a lot of reviews for it. I got It yesterday and will update as necessary but this morning after cleaning it I decided to try an egg in it. It cooked beautifully! It never stuck and the clean up was easy! It’s cast iron so it’s naturally heavy. Again it’s cast iron! The heat distribution once warmed all the way is amazing. I cooked On medium low the whole time. Also remember to warm your oil or butter in the pan and this should keep your food from sticking. Cooking with cast iron requires patience. I believe This is going to be one of go to pans because it does not require seasoning! I love My raw cast iron but this beauty worked great on my egg so I’m excited to sear some steaks, brown ground, meat etc. It’s beautiful and no flaws were found. I’m tempted to get the 10 inch lol!Not only is this pan a delight to use but every purchase goes toward a good cause! This actually ended up being my deciding factor! Thanks for making this apart of your cookware line Ayesha Curry!

The best pan I own!
First things first: this bad boy looks great. Wasn't sure if I was going to like the sparkly paint job, but it's just subtle enough to give a little extra oomph when looking at it. The enameled coming surface makes for incredible easy cleanup and you don't have to worry about seasoning anything. 2nd: this sumbitch is heavy! I find that to be a good thing; you could brain an intruder without a second thought and cleaning the skull off this gorgeous pan would be easy as pie. 3rd: I'm a single male in my 30s, and I like to pretend to be healthy on occasion and try my hand at meal prep. This pan holds enough chicken to cook for myself for 2 weeks, plus feed my immediate family and still have enough left over to try and pawn off on any visiting friends. My Italian grandmother would be proud. I love this pan.

Everything Sticks
I really wanted to love this pan but it falls short. Everything sticks to the pan....no matter if you use a ton of oil or butter while cooking. The pan also does not seem to heat evenly. The last disadvantage I have found is that since the pan is fully coated in enamel you do not get any of the benefits of your food absorbing the natural iron from a traditional cast iron pan.

As pretty as it looks
Beautiful Dutch oven and made well. I received my Dutch oven and it is heavy. I have cooked Jambalaya first preparing on the stove then oven baking for 2.5 hrs delicious. I have also done stew from stovetop to oven for 3 hours and was delicious. I browned the meat prior to putting the dish together and it did well with that and coming to a boil quickly. I have had no chips so far and have used it a few times as I stated stovetop to oven. I used the rubber stoppers that set around the rim for storage. As with most coated Dutch ovens you have to be careful with the enamel but I have had no issues so far with regular cooking. The quality is beautiful I am happy with my purchase. Clean up was also easy.

Disappointed :(
I read the low reviews and took a chance because this pan was so beautiful compared to the standard grill pans else where. And I love a lot of this brands other items. I wish I had returned it when I had the chance though. It doesn't cook like a cast iron grill pan and it's horrible to clean and I have lots of tricks to cleaning all sorts of pan messes. If you have a steel brush for a real grill...you could try that. But even that doesn't always work. It's heavy...and I thought people just weren't used to real cast iron pans but no, it's HEAVY. Better to go in store to find a nice grill pan that is easier to return if necessary. I'm out $30 and still need a new grill pan now :(
