Some of the main complaints about the product is that the water stop suddenly, or having to jiggle the dispensar in order to get water out. I found that if you remove the top part of the dispenser ( the removable part that has a pointy thing sticking out ) the water will flow seamlessly! I had the same issue as other but as soon as I removed that part I currently have no issue pouring water from my 5 Gallon jug.

Air bubbles as you try to pour. It stops pouring altogether. Had to modify it to get a drop of water. Not to mention that it looks like a giant sized dearth Vader helmet. Got rid of it. We Didn’t even want to donate this thing; save your money. We did purchase their ceramic model and works wonderful and looks beautiful. Most importantly, we can drink water. Please skip this one

Overall, a good dispenser for setting up a water station that my kids can use. Took a bit to figure out that you have to remove the entire plastic cap (not just the film cover, as directed) from the water bottle before putting the bottle on. Which makes it tricky to install, gotta be quick! 💦

Good so far, looks nice, sturdy yet light. A bit of a trick to get the bottle in without splashing, but I refill my own, so that'll happen with any device. If you get the bottles with the puncture-top, this won't be a problem. Also I like that there's no tray below, this lets you put large bottles under it.My only complaints: the water comes out a bit slow compared to other coolers, and there's no way to let the water flow continuously like you can with spigot levers. You have to hold the button the whole time. Not a huge deal, but maybe some way to lock it on would be nice.Overall I like it a lot!

Purchased for my daughter’s apt. Great value & reasonably priced. Fulfilled the need, looks & works great. She loves it!!

My only complaint so far is that the water comes out in a small slow stream, and then after a few seconds it stops completely , you have to let go of the button and push it again. I see many reviews about it leaking, I've had mine in use for 4 days so I can't really say how reliable it is yet. It works great if you're only filling up a small glass. But if you're filling up a half gallon water bottle, it takes too long.

Unlike some, I have had no trouble with this purchase. I don’t expect the water to gush out, the steady stream is sufficient. Also use the correct kind of water jug. No flooding, NO PROBLEMS!!!

The system is not designed well and it will only give you about half a glass worth of water before it will just stop dispensing. The air pockets will /eventually/ come up on their own so the water can continue flowing, but if you want water in any reasonable amount of time you end up having to shake or squeeze the gallon container to get it to come out. Absolutely not worth the money whatsoever.(I’m using Primo water jugs so there shouldn’t be a compatibility issue)Returning this asap and just going with the “less visually appealing, but at least it works” gravity spigots Amazon offers.

El modelo es elegante tiene buen acabado, incluso el deposito es en parte de aluminio para enfriar el agua y trabaja conforme lo esperado. Como todos los dispensadores de su tipo siempre se tira el agua al colocar un botellon nuevo. Lastima que los embotelladores de agua no proporcionen sellos perforables para evitar derrames.Mi unica queja con este equipo es que tiene una etiqueta que dice REFURBISHED que significa reacondicionado de fabrica lo cual se contrapone a lo que dice la publicacion que es nuevo.

only fill up to 1/4 of my glass and than i have to wait 5 minute in order to fill up another 1/4

No es un buen producto, se ve estético, pero solo eso, muy incomodo para llenar recipientes mayores a un vaso de agua de 450 ml ya que se requieren de las dos manos para hacer la acción, uno presionando el botón y otra sosteniendo el recipiente, muyyy lenta la salida de agua, y para terminar con broche de oro al momento de poner el garrafón un tiradero de agua, ya que la capacidad donde se recibe el agua es pequeña se llena al momento de voltear el envase, muy incomodo.

Muy bonito pero debes tener paciencia para servirte un vaso de agua, porque el flujo es lentisimo y tardas como un minuto literalmente, en servir un vaso, imaginate una olla para hervir verduras te tardas mucho tiempo, yo me desespero y mejor dejo un garrafon abierto en el suelo y de allí sirvo directamente el agua. No vale la pena.
