Awesome Floor Steam Mop
I have been using Swiffer wipes on my wood floors at home, including kitchen, bathroom, and living room). I finally decided to try a steam mop. I have been looking for a steam mop for a while. I found this product and it has made a world of a difference. I bought this steam mop and I have tosay that it makes my job much easier to do. I've only used this item a few times since I purchased it three weeks ago. As long as I sweep my floors well before using the steam mop, it works better than I expected. At first, I fill the tank with distilled water. I would recommended to prolong the life of the machine to void mineral build up and prevent any clogging. Assembly is quick and simple. Place the cloth pad on, plug in, and wait for the steam come out less than 30 seconds. You probably want to push the mop slowly to let the steam work its dirt-lifting powers. Mopping over and over again to get the floors clean takes a lot of work. It really cleans with just water. I absolutely like this product and I'm so amazed at how good my floors look. It is truly worth it if you like clean floors all the time. Inow mop once a week for upkeep and truly feel that I have noticeably cleaner floors. It sanitizes everything. I am glad that I purchased this steam mop. I definitely recommend it.

Top Notch with a few negatives
I was hesitant at first to buy this product, but after having 2 top rated Bissell Steam mops begin to spew water out of the pressure relief opening after about a year, I was looking for something different.PROS**The water heats up to a high temperature creating plenty of steam (the most important feature, in my opinion)Don’t get a lot of water output, mostly steam.Water tank is largeEasy to maneuver/useLightweightCONSThe handle does come off when lifting it up to move to another location. Have to lift it by the lower cord wrap hook. Not sure if this is a flaw in my mop or for all of themThe button on the handle gets accidentally pushed, turning off the machine on accident. (Just a small inconvenience in placement of that button)The steam seems to come out from around the edge of the mop head rather than down when using the mop pad provided. (I have been using a mop head cover from my Bissell to keep the steam directed/concentrated towards the floor.)The cord for my use could be a little longerLike I mentioned, most important feature for me is the temperature & creation of steam which is far better than a lot of steam mops on the market. Longevity is still to be determined.

Lackluster to say the least
OK boys and girls time for view of the IWoly M11.. This product is..... really a sad excuse for a steam mop. I looked into this product simply because it's stated it was usable for carpets as well because of the design of the slide tray which I will say that that particular Change to other state maps is a needed improvement... But that is the only place it is better than anything.410 or 420 ml tank add so OK nothing spectacular a little smaller than some of the others. 45 second heat up time a pretty correct.. But the steam production is The worst I have seen out of any steam mop... The "vibration" settings.. Actually had the laugh when I turned it on. Somebody stuck a cheap vibrator in it I guess. I did a short test just to see a couple of different types of standard household messes to pick up it really didn't do anything worth mentioning.I personally have tried the shark steam mop the pocket steam mop from shark and the Bissell 1940 power fresh. So I have had quite a bit of experience with steam mops. I love them they are great. this one is not. Now onto specifics the little over 16' cord is about 7' shorter than most of the other companies making yet a little less usable. Ever won 20 minutes on 410 or 420 ml... Which would be really good if it actually produced enough steam to clean. They wouldn't clean any of the test areas that I made for it on ceramic tile. I made a little soda Spill and let it dry to a tacky syrup didn't even touch it. Scuffed a shoe on the floor and it did not remove the mark. As well as a few other different types of spills that were left to set. Every other steam mop I have used handled these with ease.Start up time for the sharks and the Bessel are about 30 seconds so little faster meaning definitely a more powerful steam engine. Now since I do know a little bit about flooring as well and I know that a lot of some of the Laminate floors have problems with some of the stronger steam mops this actually might be an OK option for that... But really I don't think it's any better then a swiffer mop. I take that back I think the swiffer mop even cleans up better. Yeah this particular item don't waste your money.

Easy to use, lots of steam, well made product
Easy to use !! I was looking for a steamer for quite a while to steam my tile floors as chemicals are not good for grout. . I read a lot of reviews and looked at a lot of steamers. I only wanted a steamer, nothing with a lot of gadgets. After I sweep my tile floors, I use this steamer and it really steams. Yea! Sometimes I sweep again as this only steams, isn’t a vacuum. Easier than a mop, or a pad on a pole with cleaner as that way dirt is being pushed around. This cleans my grout and the tile beautifully. I have had shoulder surgery and I can use this. I store it in my closet ready to go.. To empty the water, if any is left, turn upside down in the bathtub as it is clean water. Sometimes I use it until the water reservoir is empty. I have not tried the carpet glider yet on my area rugs. I have hardwood floors and from what I read water isn’t good for hardwood floors so I am not steaming them. I plan to call the manufacturer of the prefab wood. This is my new best friend . I was not paid to write a review, and I just finished steaming my kitchen floor and thought I would show you the floor. Amazon, thank you for carrying this steamer!

Works great, until it stops working.
I don't think that I have ever written a review, but here I feel like I should for this product. I bought this steam mop to clean my house. It worked great for about 20 days, then quit working. I don't know why. I returned and exchanged for another one. This one worked great as well, but again, quit working after about 40 days. Too late to return the second one. I do not recommend wasting your money on this. It won't last.

Good work, some adjustments preferred
Works fine. Like the vibration. Do not like the location of the switch. It is too easy to hit the button while operating the unit.

Just a glorified mop
I was looking for a steam mop to pick up stubborn stains off my ceramic and wood floors. And this steam mop DID NOT pick up surface stains easily and did not even touch the tough ones. It does not clean against baseboards or corners at all. The power cord is a little short and the water reservoir needs refilling frequently. It is also quite expensive and seems cheaply made. It makes clicking sounds when maneuvering and the lid of the water reservoir is flimsy. It does clean the floor aside from stubborn stains and grout which I hoped this steam mop would attempt to tackle.Overall, I would not recommend this product as you can achieve the same outcome from a regular mop and hot water.*Update: I have used this mop maybe 5 times since I bought it and it is now broken. Absolute waste of money!*

rather flimsy
this product looks nice; the vibration is pretty good; what i don't like about it is the water tank is attached so you need to put water in a container that you can then pour into the reservoir tank; but what i really don't like is how flimsy the stick part or handle is. It feels like its gonna snap in half while i'm mopping. I bought this partly for ease of mopping my floor and i wanted a steam mop so i didn't have to use chemicals to clean anymore.... i got the latter, but its actually less work to use my old hand mop and pail, which also takes less time as you can't go as fast and have to keep filling up the tank, change the plug location and wait for it to heat up. also as you are mopping the button for changing the steam level is right where your thumb goes so i keep realizing the steam as been turned off unintentionally. If you had a very small area to clean it might be ok. I would not buy this again.
