Like the clock but not the company
I like the clock but not the company. I bought the FPT-80 and got it running with the support of the company but after about 4 months I lost my hard drive on the computer that I had it hooked up to and that is where the problems began. I could not find the Disc that had the program on so I called Amano customer support. They told me that they woulld send me a paper that I had to fill out and send in with $75.00 to receive a new disc. I told them I had to do payroll and needed it right away. But they said that's hhere policy. What a rip off $75 for a replacemend disc that I had already paid for! Then they told me their service is good for only 30 days and if I needed help setting up the program again it would cost me another $90.00. Also the program has no built in way of backing up the data so I lost all the year to date info and had to reinstall all the employee data. I call this "Very Poor Customer Support" Not a company I will buy from again.

Slime company
Nightmare product for admins - you will be restarting Amano ASA services several times a week when the users call. Steer clear. To close out of the time guardian software, a logged in user must click - File -> Log Off. If they close the Time Guardian app with the X in the top right corner (like every other app in the world), they won't be able to log back in and they will be calling you to fix it again (restart the services). Amano says 'Its a user training issue' and offers to sell additional user licenses as the workaround...

Not user friendly but there is some "support" when you call in. Just got to keep calling in for help.
